Լուկաշենկո. Նոր Սահմանադրությամբ ես ձեզ հետ արդեն չեմ աշխատելու որպես նախագահ

Ես ինձ ոչ մի Սահմանադրություն չեմ հարմարացնում: Նոր Սահմանադրությամբ ես ձեզ հետ արդեն չեմ աշխատելու որպես նախագահ: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն, փոպանցում է «Բելտան»-ն:
Լուկաշենկոն շեշտել է, որ կողմ է Սահմանադրության փոփոխություններին եւ համոզված է նախագահի լիազորությունները շտկելու անհրաժեշտության մեջ: «Ես նոր Սահմանադրության կողմնակից եմ: Ոչ այն պատճառով, որ ինչ-որ ժողովրդավարություն է պետք: Հարցը ժողովրդավարության մեջ չէ,- ասել է նա:- Ինձ այս իրավիճակում անհանգստացնում է հետեւյալը. անծանոթ նախագահին այսպիսի Սահմանադրություն տալ չի կարելի: Դժբախտություն կլինի»:
«Մենք շատ լուրջ Սահմանադրություն ունենք: Ղազախստանը, Ռուսաստանը, մենք երեւի այն երեք առաջադեմ պետություններն ենք, որոնք այդքան լուրջ եւ կոշտ Սահմանադրություն ունեն, որտեղ նախագահի որոշումից կախված է ամեն ինչ: Այս տեսանկյունից, գիտակցելով, որ Աստված չանի, գա մեկը ու ցանկանա պատերազմ սանձազերծել եւ այլն... Այո, մենք պետք է նոր Սահմանադրություն ստեղծենք, բայց` շահավետ մեր երկրի համար, որպեսզի երկիրը հետո չփլուզվի»,- պարզաբանել է Բելառուսի ղեկավարը:
Այս կապակցությամբ նախագահը մեկնաբանել է կուսակցական ցուցակներում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացնելու, իսկ համեւաբար` կուսակցություններ ստեղծելու առաջարկները: Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն համոզված է, որ այդ նախաձեռնությունների իրականացումը սպառնում է պառակտմանը հասարակության մեջ եւ տարբեր շահերով խմբերի առաջացմանը: «Այս ամենը լավ է, երբ տեսնում դա ուրիշների մոտ` կուսակցական ցուցակներ եւ այլն: Բայց եթե դուք դա ուզում եք եւ ժողովուրդը կողմ է, ապա այդպես էլ կլինի: Ես ինձ ոչ մի Սահմանադրություն չեմ հարմարացնում: Ես ձեզ հետ նոր Սահմանադրությամբ չեմ աշխատելու որպես Նախագահ: Ուստի հանգստացեք, հանգիստ տարեք սա: Եվ ես երբեք թույլ չեմ տա, որպեսզի, նո սահմանադրություն ընդունելով, ինչ-որ մեկը կեղծի կամ հետո ինչ-որ մեկը կեղծի ընտրությունները նոր Սահմանադրությամբ: Նույնիսկ եթե ես իմանամ, որ դա այն չի լինելու, ինչ ուզում եմ: Ինչո՞ւ: Քանի որ բելառուս ժողովուրդը պետք է անցնի այն, ինչի միջով պետք է անցնի: Ավելի լավ է հիմա` առանց պատերազմի, ավելի վատ կլինի, եթե մեզ վրա գցեն այդ պատերազմը»:
