Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ից Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության կողմից Արցախի հանրապետության դեմ սկսված պատերազմական գործողությունների հետեվանքով ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության վերահսկողության տակ անցած համայնքներում հաշվառված քաղաքացիներին աջակցություն տրամադրելու կարգը հաստատելու մասին որոշում է ստորագրել.
Հիմք ընդունելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 83-րդ հոդվածը և 146-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը ո ր ո շ ու մ է.
1. Հաստատել 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ից Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սկսված պատերազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության վերահսկողության տակ անցած համայնքներում հաշվառված քաղաքացիներին աջակցություն տրամադրելու կարգը՝ համաձայն հավելվածի։
2. Առաջարկել Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքային կառավարման նախարարությանը հնարավորին սեղմ ժամկետում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության սոցիալական ապահովության ծառայությանը տրամադրել 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ի դրությամբ առնվազն 3 ամիս սույն որոշման 1-ին կետում նշված (Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության վերահսկողության տակ անցած) համայնքներում փաստացի բնակված քաղաքացիների տվյալները։
3. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարին՝ սույն որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո 3-օրյա ժամկետում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարություն ներկայացնել առաջարկություն 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ից Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սկսված պատերազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության վերահսկողության տակ անցած համայնքներում հաշվառված քաղաքացիներին աջակցության տրամադրման ֆինանսավորման նպատակով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2020 թվականի պետական բյուջեում վերաբաշխում և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2019 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 26-ի N 1919-Ն որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ ու լրացումներ կատարելու վերաբերյալ:
