ԱԺ նախկին փոխնախագահ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը գրել է՝

Անբարոյականության պատմական նշաձողը այսուհետ միշտ ու ամենուր կպատկանի փաշինյանին։ Անկեղծ չգիտեմ՝ սա ինչ է, ինչի մասին է, ինչ կամ ում արյունն է հոսում իր երակներով։ Բայց մի բան ակնհայտ է՝ մարդը արժեք չունի իր համար։ նա մարդկանց լկտիաբար խաբում է՝ թե բա շուտ կանգնացնեի պատերազմը նույնն վիճակն էր լինելու։

Նախ՝ Մոսկվա ես գնում, գոնե ֆայմիր ու Պուտինին սուտասան մի դարձրա։ Ինքն էլ է ասել, որ ավելի լավ պայմաններով կարող էր դադարել պատերազմը ու Շուշին երբեք չի եղել բանակցային սեղանին։

Ու երկրորդ՝ տարածքային կորուստները հլը մի կողմ, ուզու՞մ ես ասել, որ պատերազմի 20-րդ օրը, 5-րդ օրը կամ 44-րդ օրը նույն 5000 զոհերը, նույն 10000 վիրավորները ու նույն քանակի անհետ կորածներն ու գերիներն էին լինելու՞։ Հա՞: Դե իհարկե չէ!
Ճիշտը մեկն է՝ քո չդադարեցնելու պատճառով են շատերը սպանվել, վիրավորվել ու գերի ընկել։ Արյուռուշտ պաթոլոգիկ սուտասան։ Ապրի՜ր սրա հետ։ Քնի՜ր ու արթնացիր սրա հետ։ Սթափ ժամանակ նայի՜ր հայելու մեջ ու հիշի՜ր կա մի մեղավոր ու այդ մի մարդը ԴՈՒ ես!!!!!

Ճիշտը մեկն է՝ չես դադարեցրել ավելի վաղ, որ քեզ չասեն «հող հանձնող», դու մաշել ես մեզ, սպանել ես այդքան մարդ մի բանի համար՝ որ ասես «դե ինչ անեմ , կռվեցինք, բայց դե պարտվեցինք»։ Մենակ այս մի նախադասության համար։ Իշխանությանդ համար։ Այն իշխանության, որ էլ չունես։
