Նոյեմբերի 9-ին, Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարների ստորագրած համատեղ հայտարարության 8-րդ կետը սահմանում է ռազմագերիների, զոհվածների մարմինների վերադարձի հարցը։

Երկու հարց է առաջանում. ինչո՞ւ այդ դրույթի հետ կապված ժամանակացույց սահմանված չէ այնպես, ինչպես, օրինակ, Ակնայի (Աղդամի), Շահումյանի և Քաշաթաղի հանձնման վերաբերյալ։

Որովհետև կոնկրետ ժամանակացույց կա նույնիսկ Բերձորից Ստեփանակերտ Շուշին շրջանցող նոր մայրուղու կառուցման մասով, սակայն ռազմագերիների հարցը երրորդական է դիտվել։

Երկրորդ, ինչո՞ւ այդ հայտարարության՝ մեզ համար եզակի դրույթի իրականացման հարցով պատշաճ բանակցություն չի տարվել և փաստորեն, հայկական կողմը գերազանցիկի ճշգրտությամբ, մեկը մյուսի հետևից Արցախի շրջանները հանձնում է Ադրբեջանին, իսկ մեր երկրի պաշտպանության համար մարտեր մղած զինծառայողների (գերության մեջ հայտնվածների)՝ և զոհվածների մարմինների հետ կապված խնդիրները միայն վերջին օրերին է քննարկման առարկա դարձրել. այն էլ՝ մեծ թվով հավաքների և քննադատության ալիքից հետո։

Մի անգամ ասել եմ, կրկին կասեմ՝ այս իշխանության և անձամբ Փաշինյանի համար, հայրենիքը, հայը որևէ արժեք չեն ներկայացնում, որովհետև միայն այդպիսի մարդը կարող է թքած ունենալ հայրենիքի և մեր զինծառայողների կորստի վրա։

Լավատեսական միակ հանգամանքն այն է, որ ինչքան հասկանում եմ, խնդրով սկսել է զբաղվել ռուսական կողմը, ինչը հույս է ներշնչում, որ այս հարցով վերջապես առաջխաղացում կլինի։
