Նոյեմբերի 9–ին ստորագրված խայտառակ համաձայնագրի արդյունքում Կապանի օդանավակայանը, որը գրեթե պատրաստ էր շահագործման, հայտնվել է լուրջ վտանգի առաջ։ Նման մտահոգություն NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց Սյունիքի նախկին մարզպետ Վահե Հակոբյանը։

«Այսօր ադրբեջանցին ցանկացած պահի կարող է հայտնվել Կապանի մոտակայքում։ Եթե առաջնորդվենք ԽՍՀՄ տարիներին գործող Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանների տրամաբանությամբ, ապա Գորիս–Կապան ճանապարհի մի մասն անցնելու է Ադրբեջանի տարածքով, և հասկանալի չէ, թե ինչ եղանակով է հնարավոր ապահովել այս ճանապարհի գործունեությունը, առավել ևս անվտանգությունը»,–ասաց նա։

Վահե Հակոբյանը շեշեց, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը օր առաջ պետք է հրաժարական տա և իր թիմի հետ հեռանա։

Ըստ նրա՝ ներկայումս Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ է այնպիսի ղեկավար, որն ունակ է ինչպես սյունեցիների, այնպես էլ ողջ հայ ժողովրդի անունից բանակցություններ վարելու։

«Ո՞վ է այսօր Սյունիքի անվտանգության համար բանակցություններ վարում, Սյունիքը Հայաստանի պատնեշն է, այնպես ստացվեց, որ թշնամին եկավ մեր պատնեշի անմիջապես եզրին կանգնեց։ Հիմա սյունեցիների անվտանգության երաշխիքների ապահովման համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ Հայաստանի անունից բանակցողն ունակ լինի բանակցություններ վարել։ Մեր կառավարությունում նման մարդ չեմ տեսնում, ամեն օրը մեզ համար կարող է ավելի աղետալի լինել։ Հնարավոր է հաջորդ օրն արթնանանք և հայտնվենք մեկ այլ՝ ավելի բարդ իրավիճակում»,–ասաց նա և հավելեց. «Նախ և առաջ հարկավոր է այս աղետը կանգնեցնել, ինչը հնարավոր է միայն բանակցողի փոփոխության դեպքում»։

Դիտարկմանը, թե հանրության մի ստվար հատված դեռ այն կարծիքին է, որ եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հեռանա, նոր պատերազմ կսկսվի, Վահե Հակոբյանն արձագանքեց.

«Այդ հանրությունը երկուսուկես տարի մոլորության մեջ է գտնվել և այսօր էլ նույն վիճակում է։ Ես մեծ հույսեր ունեմ, որ իրենց մոլորությունն անկեղծ է, ոչ թե միտումնավոր»։

Անդրադառնալով տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման արդյունքում Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի միջև տնտեսական կապեր հաստատելու իշխանությունների խոստումներին, նախկին մարզպետն ասաց։

«Ես չեմ ընդունում այս իշխանություններին, նրանք արհեստական են՝ պլաստմասսայից են։ Այս իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչների արտաբերած ցանկացած միտք, մեղմ ասած, ծիծաղելի է։ Պարզապես ներկա պահին անբարոյականություն է խոսել առևտրային կապերի մասին մի պետության հետ, որը մինչ այս պահը անգամ մեր գերիներին չի ազատել»։
