ՀՀ նախկին նախագահները ուղերձներով էին հանդես գալու՝ ողջ պատասխանատվությունը Փաշինյանի վրա չթողնելու համար, բայց նրա հիվանդագին ինքնասիրությունը թույլ չտվեց հասկանալ այս քայլի կարևորությունը. Մուսինյան

Հայ ազգային կոնգրեսի մամուլի խոսնակ Արման Մուսինյանը անդրադարձել է Արցախի նախկին նախագահներ Արկադի Ղուկասյանի և Բակո Սահակյանի այսօրվա հայտարարությանը, որում նրանք նաև նամակների տեքստեր էին հրապարակել։

«Ի հավելումն վերը նշվածի, պայմանավորվածություն էր ձեռք բերվել, որ աջակցության նույնպիսի հրապարակային ուղերձներով հանդես էին գալու նաև ՀՀ նախկին նախագահներ Լ. Տեր-Պետրոսյանը, Ռ. Քոչարյանը և Ս. Սարգսյանը․ որպեսզի Փաշինյանի որոշումը անհապաղ հրադադարի վերաբերյալ չդիտվեր որպես նրա անձնական նախաձեռնություն և դրա ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը չընկներ նրա վրա, ավելի պարզ ասած` նրա դեմքը փրկելու համար: Դժբախտաբար, Փաշինյանի հիվանդագին ինքնասիրությունը նրան թույլ չտվեց չհասկանալ այս քայլի կարևորությունը, եւ նա կտրականապես արգելեց հրապարակել Արայիկ Հարությունյանի նամակը, դրանով խափանելով նաեւ Արցախի և Հայաստանի նախկին նախագահների աջակցության ուղերձների հրապարակումը: Տեր-Պետրոսյանը նույնիսկ պատրաստել էր իր գրավոր հայտարարությունը, որը ներկայացնում ենք ընթերցողի ուշադրությանը. «Ղարաբաղյան շարժման առաջին օրվանից «Ղարաբաղ» կոմիտեն, ՀՀՇ-ն և Հայաստանի հետագա բոլոր իշխանությունները ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում ոչ մի քայլ չեն արել առանց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ղեկավարության համաձայնության: Այնպես, որ Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանությունները չեն կարող, ավելին` իրավունք չունեն անտեսելու Արցախի իշխանությունների պահանջը. Հիշեցնենք, որ այս ամենը տեղի է ունեցել սույն թվականի հոկտեմբերի 19-ին, երբ դեռ պատերազմի վիճակը կատաստրոֆիկ չէր, և եթե այդ պահին կրակը դադարեցվեր, հայկական կողմը կխուսափեր հազարավոր նոր զոհերից և տարածքային հետագա կորուստներից»,-գրել է Արման Մուսինյանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արցախի նախկին նախագահներն այսօր հայտարարություն էին տարածել ու հրապարակել էին իրենց նամակները՝ ուղղված Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանին։
