Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը ՀԱՊԿ գործընկերներին ներկայացրել է իրավիճակը ԼՂ-ում

Դեկտեմբերի 1-ին տեսակոնֆերանսի ձևաչափով կայացել է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների պաշտպանության նախարարների խորհրդի հերթական նիստը, որին մասնակցել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՊՆ-ից:
Նիստի ընթացքում պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները կարծիքներ են փոխանակել ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության տարածաշրջաններում միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության հարցերի շուրջ:
ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարն իր գործընկերներին իրազեկել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ստեղծված իրավիճակի մասին՝ առանձնահատուկ նշելով ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետություններում ճգնաժամային իրավիճակների արձագանքման մեխանիզմների իրագործման ժամկետների զգալի կրճատման հարցը: Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձրել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ջանքերին՝ ուղղված տարածաշրջանում ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակի կայունացմանը, Արցախում իրականացվող ՌԴ խաղաղապահ առաքելության ընթացքին ու արդյունավետությանը, ընդգծել հումանիտար բնույթի գործունեությունը, կարևորել զոհված զինծառայողների, գերիների, պատանդների և անհայտ կորածների հայտնաբերման և փոխանակման աշխատանքները:
Պաշտպանության նախարարները հավանության են արժանացրել ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի որոշումը՝ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների 2021-2025թթ. ռազմական համագործակցության զարգացման պլանի մասին:
Նիստի շրջանակներում քննարկվել են օրակարգային հարցեր, մասնավորապես՝ ՀԱՊԿ ռազմական բաղադրիչի հետագա զարգացման ուղիները, ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների պետական կառավարման մարմինների համար կադրերի պատրաստման համակարգի կատարելագործման միջոցառումները, խաղաղապահ ուժերի անձնակազմի պատրաստման համակարգը և այլն: Տաջիկստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարը հանդես է եկել ելույթով՝ իր գործընկերներին ծանոթացնելով ՀԱՊԿ-ում Տաջիկստանի նախագահության ընթացքում ռազմական ոլորտում ՀԱՊԿ գործունեության առաջնահերթությունների մասին:
ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների պաշտպանության նախարարների խորհրդի հերթական նիստը նախատեսված է անցկացնել 2021թ. առաջին կիսամյակում, Տաջիկստանի Հանրապետությունում:
