Արցախի ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար Ջալալ Հարությունյանի ավտոմեքենայի պայթյունին նախորդել է Դավիթ Տոնոյանի հետ նրա ունցած սուր վեճը, որը պայմանավորված է եղել Հորդանանից ներկրված ՀՕՊ համակարգերի հետ կապված անսարքություններով, որոնք չեն կրակել: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Mediaport-ի տելեգրամյան էջից:

«Վիճաբանության ընթացքում Ջալալ Հարությունյանը նշել է, որ պատերազմի ավարտից հետո չի պատրաստվում լռել և տալու է այն անձանց անունները, ում պատճառով Արցախի հարավում օդը դարձել է ամբողջությամբ անպաշտպան։

Ավելին, պայթյունի նախորդ օրը Ջալալ Հարությունյանը Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանին զեկուցել է, որ արդեն անհրաժեշտ է սկսել Շուշիում և Քարինտակ գյուղում պաշտպանական կառույցների շինարարությունը՝ Շուշիում կուտակելով լրացուցիչ ռեզերվային ուժեր և հրետանի՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ թշնամին նոր ուժեր է կուտակում այդ ուղղությամբ՝ պատրաստվելով հարձակման։

Ջալալ Հարությունյանի մերձավորները համոզված են, որ դիտավորյալ կազմակերպվել է բաց կապով Ջալալ Հարությունյանի տեղաշարժի ուղղության արտահոսք, ինչի արդյունքում Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը հեշտությամբ տեղորոշել են ՊԲ հրամանատարի գտնվելու վայրը։

Հավելենք, որ ռուսական տելեգրամ ալիքները հայտնում են, որ Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, չնայած ռազմական դրության ռեժիմին, նախօրեին մեկնել է Վիեննա:
