Մարտակերտի գրեթե բոլոր բնակավայրերում վերաբացվել և գործում են դպրոցները

Արցախի Մարտակերտի շրջանում առաջնահերթ խնդիրներից է բնակարանային ապահովման լուծումը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրել է Մարտակերտի շրջվարչակազմի ղեկավար Հայկ Բախշիյանը:

«Պատերազմի ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի հրթիռահրետակոծության հետևանքով մասամբ կամ ամբողջությամբ վնասվել է Մարտակերտի բնակֆոնդի 70-80 տոկոսը: Ընդ որում՝ հիմնովին ավերված բնակարանների թիվը համեմատաբար փոքր է: Մեծամասամբ վնասվել են բնակելի շենքերի ու առանձնատների տանիքներն ու պատուհանները: Մարտակերտ է վերադարձել շրջկենտրոնի բնակչության 50, իսկ գյուղերում՝ 90 տոկոսը: Այդ թվերն այժմ աճողական միտում ունեն: Բնակչությանը տեղավորելու համար տրամադրում ենք պոլիէթիլենային թաղանթներ պատուհանները ժամանակավորապես ծածկելու համար: Աշխատանքներ ենք տանում նաև վնասված բնակֆոնդի վերականգնման ուղղությամբ, սակայն դրանք առայժմ դանդաղ են ընթանում՝ կապված շինանյութի մատակարարման խնդիրների հետ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ շրջանի բնակավայրերում են վերաբնակվել նաև Մարտակերտի՝ ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ անցած գյուղերի 360 ընտանիք: Թալիշի ու Մատաղիսի բնակչության հետ միասին անօթևան մնացած ընտանիքների թիվը հասնում է 500-ի: Նրանց բնակարաններով ապահովելու համար ընդհանուր առմամբ կպահանջվի համապատասխան թվով նոր բնակարաններ: Խնդրի լուծման համար նախատեսում ենք նաև գնել և նրանց տրամադրել այն բնակարանները, որոնց սեփականատերերը տարիներ շարունակ փաստացի այստեղ չեն բնակվում»,-մանրամասնել է Շրջվարչակազմի ղեկավարը:

Նրա խոսքով Մարտակերտի շրջանի գրեթե բոլոր բնակավայրերում, բացի երկու գյուղից, վերաբացվել և գործում են դպրոցական հաստատությունները: Ներկայում շրջանի դպրոցներում սովորող աշակերտների թիվը կազմում է 1476՝ մինչպատերազմյան 3367-ի փոխարեն:

Անդրադառնալով վնասված ենթակառուցվածքների վերականգնմանը՝ մեր զրուցակիցը տեղեկացրեց, որ ներկայումս 75-80 տոկոսով վերականգնվել է Մարտակերտի գազամատակարարումը, գրեթե ամբողջությամբ՝ էլեկտրամատակարարումը:

«Մարտակերտում այս պահին վատ վիճակում են գտնվում կապի միջոցները: Համացանց առայժմ չկա: Դժվարությամբ ենք կարողանում զանգահարել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հեռախոսահամարներով և հակառակը՝ այնտեղից չեն կարողանում զանգահարել մեզ»,-նշեց Հայկ Բախշիյանը:
