«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
Թեեւ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի՝ ազգային համաձայնության իշխանություն ձեւավորելու կոչից հետո տարբեր ճամբարներից մարդիկ պաշտոններ են ստանում, եւ անգամ ԼՀԿ նախկին անդամ Մանե Թանդիլյանը սոցապնախարար նշանակվեց, սակայն համաձայնության կառավարություն դժվար թե ձեւավորվի։
Բանն այն է, որ խորհրդարանի՝ մեծությամբ երրորդ ուժը՝ Արցախի հերոս, ԱԱԽ նախկին քարտուղար Սամվել Բաբայանի «Միասնական հայրենիքը», չի ընդունում Հարությունյանի առաջարկած բանաձեւը:
Երեկ Բաբայանի կուսակիցը մեզ ասաց, որ իրենց խմբակցությունը շուտով իրավիճակից դուրս գալու ճանապարհային քարտեզ կհրապարակի, որը կմատնանշի պետության առջեւ ծառացած խնդիրները, դրանց լուծման ուղիները եւ ժամկետները:
Նա ասաց, որ այսօր Արցախում նախարարներ, վարչակազմ ունենալը զավեշտալի է, հարկավոր է փրկության շտաբ ստեղծել, որտեղ ներգրավված կլինեն խորհրդարանական եւ արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչները եւ որոնք կստանձնեն երկրի համատեղ կառավարումը:
Ակնհայտ է, որ Վիտալի Բալասանյանի՝ առաջին պլան մղվելը Բաբայանի թիմում ծանր են տանում։
