«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Պատերազմից հետո, երբ պահանջ էր ներկայացվում հայրենի կառավարության եւ ՀՀ վարչապետի հրաժարականի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գնաց կտրուկ փոփոխությունների: Վարչապետը նախարարների պաշտոնների նշանակեց այնպիսի մարդկանց, որոնք քիչ, թե շատ ընկալելի կլինեն հանրության համար:

Այդ պաշտոնանկությունների շքերթի ցուցակում տեղ ուներ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը, որը, ինչպես հայտնի է, տապալել է առողջապահական համակարգի զարգացումը ընդհանրապես, իսկ կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարը ՝ մասնավորապես։ ՀՀ-ն իր 3 միլիոնանոց բնակիչների պայմաններում վարակակիրների թվով գերազանցել է մոտ 1մլրդ 500 միլիոն բնակչություն ունեցող Չինաստանին, բայց, չնայած այս իրողություններին, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Թորոսյանին որոշվել է ամեն գնով պահել իր պաշտոնում:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի՝ կառավարության մոտ կանգնած աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ Թորոսյանին ներսում հովանավորում է ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը, որը վարչապետին համոզել է, թե պետք չէ Թորոսյանին պաշտոնանկ անել, որովհետեւ թիմային առումով սխալ կլինի. վերջինս պայքարել է նախկին կոռուպացվածների դեմ, ու նրան այս պահին թիմից հեռացնելը սխալ է լինելու:

Սակայն նույն ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ վարչապետն իր թիմակիցներին խնդրել է առողջապահության նախարարի թեկնածուներ գտնել, բայց կա՛մ այդ առաջարկություններն են մերժվել, կա՛մ թեկնածուներն են հրաժարվել նախարար դառնալ։

Ահա այս պայմաններում Թորոսյանը շարունակում է պաշտոնավարել՝ Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանի բարձր հովանու ներքո։ Իսկ այդ ընթացքում մեր երկրում օրական 30-ից ավելի մարդ է մահանում։ Մինչ օրս կորոնավարակի դեմ ձախողված պայքարի հետեւանքով ունենք 2228 մահ»:
