ԵՄ-ն Թուրքիայի դեմ պատժամիջոցների ցանկ է պատրաստել

Եվրամիությունը պատրաստել է Արևելյան Միջերկրածովյան տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված իրավիճակի պատճառով Թուրքիայի դեմ պատժամիջոցների ցանկ, որոնք քննարկվելու են դեկտեմբերի 10-11-ին կայանալիք գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում։

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով թուրքական Gazete Duvar լրատվական կայքը, ըստ կայքի հույն թղթակից Նիկոլաոս Ստելյայի՝ այս մասին հայտնում է հունական մամուլը։

Հունական Estia պարբերականի փոխանցմամբ՝ ԵՄ պատժամիջոցների ցուցակում առանձնանում է ԵՄ-ի՝ դեպի Թուրքիա ճանապարհորդական կանոնակարգերի նկարագրության գաղափարը: Նշվում է, որ Բրյուսելի կողմից ճանապարհորդության սահմանափակում առաջադրելու դեպքում դա բացասաբար կազդի Թուրքիայի զբոսաշրջության ոլորտի վրա: Բացի այդ, հոդվածում կա պնդում, որ ԵՄ կողմից շեշտադրված պատժամիջոցների երկրորդ կետը ներառում է Եվրոպա արտահանվող թուրքական ապրանքների համար լրացուցիչ հարկերի սահմանումը, ինչի պարագայում թուրքական ապրանքները պարզապես կկորցնեն իրենց մրցակցային առանձնահատկությունները եվրոպական շուկաներում։

Վերոնշյալ հոդվածում ընդգծված է, որ Գերմանիան դեմ է պատժամիջոցների կիրառմանը և չի աջակցում այս ցանկի անհապաղ իրականացմանը: Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը ավելի վաղ կատարած հայտարարության մեջ ուշադրություն էր հրավիրել այն փաստի վրա, որ Թուրքիան կարևոր դեր է խաղում փախստականների և միգրանտների հարցերում, բացի այդ՝ Թուրքիան տնտեսական դժվարին դրության մեջ է գտնվում և դիվանագիտական ասպարեզում էլ անցումային շրջան է, ուստի Հունաստանի կողմից պահանջվող զենքի էմբարգոն այս պայմաններում չի կարող օրակարգ մտցվել:

ԵՄ կողմից հնարավոր պատժամիջոցներն օրակարգ են մտել Միջերկրական ծովի արևելյան ավազանում՝ Հունաստանի կղզիներում և Կիպրոսի շրջակայքում պաշտոնական Անկարայի կողմից իրականացված էներգետիկ հետազոտություններից հետո: ԵՄ գագաթնաժողովից առաջ «Oruç Reis» երկրաբանական-հետախուզական նավը ժամանակավորապես դուրս բերվեց նավահանգստից ՝ տեխնիկական սպասարկման աշխատանքների համար:
