Ընդդիմությունը ոչ մի կերպ չի ուզում ընդունել, որ հանրաքվեի արդյունքների կեղծումը ոչ միայն իշխանությունների մեղքն է, այլ նաև իրենց թերի աշխատանքի, իրենց ընտրած սխալ մարտավարության և, ինչու չէ՝ նաև անգործության, բազմաթիվ տեղամասերում այդպես էլ ներկայացուցիչներ չդնելու և գործընթացը պատշաճ ձևով չվերահսկելու արդյունքն է: Ցանկացած երկրում էլ ցանկացած իշխանություն, բնականաբար, կուզի անցկացնել իր նախագծերը, հնարավորության դեպքում՝ շարունակել, երկարաձգել իր իշխանությունը: Ոչ ոք հեշտությամբ իշխանական աթոռներից և հնարավորություններից չի հրաժարվում: Այլ բան է՝ շատ տեղերում իշխանություններին դա չի հաջողվում, որովհետև տեղի ընդդիմությունն իր տեղում է և թույլ չի տալիս նման բան: Մեր ընդդիմությունն, օրինակ, Շիրակի մարզում և էլի մի շարք բնակավայրերում թույլ չտվեց և այնտեղ «Ոչ»-ը հաղթեց: Մնացած տեղերում լավ էլ թույլ տվեցին, բայց դե ինչպե՞ս կարող է մեր ընդդիմությունն ընդունել մեղքի իր չափաբաժինը, չէ՞ որ անպայման պետք է մեղավորներ փնտրել: Եվ այդ մեղավորները կարող են լինել ով ասես: Բացի իշխանություններից, մեղավոր կարող է լինել «Իսլամական պետությունը», Եվրոպան, Ամերիկան, Մոսադը, Պուտինը, Էրդողանը, Աբու Բաքր ալ-Բաղդադին, Պակիստանի հետախուզությունը, ռուսական «ԿԳԲ»-ն, ցուրտ ձմեռը, Բաշար Ասադը, Ժիրինովսկին, դոլարի ու ռուբլու կուրսը, Չինաստանը, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը...

Այ հատկապես Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը. ըստ մեր ընդդիմադիրների և նրանց համակիր լրատվամիջոցների «ցնցող» տրամաբանության՝ նա անպայման պետք է մեղավոր լինի կեղծիքների մեջ: Նույնիսկ մեղքն ապացուցող պատճառ կա՝ Առինջ գյուղում «Այո»-ն «Ոչ»-ից շատ է: Իսկ հնարավոր չէ՞, որ մի քանի տեղ էլ լավ քարոզչություն տարված լինի և իսկապես «Այո»-ն «Ոչ»-ից շատ եղած լինի: Վերջապես բացի ՀՀԿ-ականներից, ԲՀԿ և ՀՅԴ անդամներից, կան նաև բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր կարդացել են նոր Սահմանադրության նախագիծը, ուսումնասիրել և սեփական համոզմունքներով կողմ են արտահայտվել այդ նախագծին: Այդ որտե՞ղ է գրված, որ բոլորը պետք է դեմ լինեն: Մեր ընդդիմությունն իր մեջ կարծես թե տոտալիտար համակարգ ստեղծելու հակումներ ունի, որը նման դեպքերում բացահայտվում է:

Հիմա ի՞նչ է ստացվում, եթե մի տեղ «Այո»-ն շատ է, ուրեմն կեղծել է, ու կեղծել է Ծառուկյանը, որովհետև Առինջն իր տանը մոտի՞կ է: Ես Ծառուկյանի փաստաբանը չեմ, բայց ինձ մոտ հարց է առաջանում՝ իսկ ոչի՞նչ, որ ասենք Աբովյան քաղաքն էլ Ծառուկյանին բավականին մոտիկ է ու ոչ միայն մոտիկ է, այլ նաև Աբովյանում նա, մեղմ ասած, շատ մեծ ազդեցություն ունի: Ու թարսի պես հենց Աբովյանում «Ոչ»-ը հաղթել է «Այո»-ին՝ նույնիսկ պաշտոնական տվյալներով: Այդ ինչպե՞ս է ստացվում, որ Ծառուկյանը խոշոր բնակավայրը թողած՝ ինչ-որ փոքր տեղ է կեղծիքներ կազմակերպում, այնինչ կարող էր Աբովյանում կեղծելով լուրջ ու զգալի ծառայություններ մատուցել «հանցավոր իշխանություններին»: Տրամաբանությունը որ կա՝ լավ բան է, մեկ-մեկ արժե աշխատեցնել: Սա էլ ուղղակի՝ որպես խորհուրդ:
