«Ես սկզբից եմ ասել՝ ամբողջը եղել է դավաճանություն, մտածված քայլ»,- լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց «Սիսական» ջոկատի հրամանատար Աշոտ Մինասյանը:

«Երկրի գերագույն հրամանատար կոչեցյալը գնում, հասնում է Սյունիք, Գորիս քաղաքում հանդիպում է ունենում հասարակության, այպես ասած, բարձրագույն խավի հետ, համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, ասում է՝ եկեք փրկենք, պահպանենք Սյունիքը, բայց դեռ մարտերը գնում էին Ջաբրայիլում, և տվյալ անձնավորությունը՝ պանիկյոռը, դառնում է առաջին խուճապ ստեղծողը:

«Եթե սյունեցին, որ կռվում է Ջաբրայիլում ու հանկարծ լսում է՝ եկեք փրկենք Սյունիքը, հարց է առաջանում՝ ինչո՞ւ եմ ես կանգնել Ջաբրայիլում, նպատակը որն է, եթե Սյունիքը վտանգված է արդեն: Այսինքն՝ խուճապը տարածեց հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը»,- ընդգծեց Աշոտ Մինասյանը:

«Կամավորներին, որոնք գնացել էին ցուցակագրվելու, չեն տարել համապատասխան ճակատում մարտնչելու, հենց մոբի ներկայացուցիչներին կուտակել էին մի տեղում: Դեռ հունվարին Սյունիքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ասուլիս է տվել և ասել՝ մենք կառուցում ենք Տաթև-Աղվանի ճանապարհը: Մեր միամիտ, հզոր, հազարամյա ժողովուրդը, հավատալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, չի մտածում, թե ինչու է այն կառուցվում: Անցնում է որոշ ժամանակահատված, ու մենք հիմա տեսնում ենք, թե ինչ է կատարվում: Այսօր կառուցված է այդ ճանապարհի 10 կմ-ն, մնացած 2,5 կմ-ն կառուցվելու է 2021 թվականին:

Այսինքն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դեռ հունվարին արդեն գիտեր, որ Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհը հանձնելու է, դրա համար մյուս ճանապարհը սկսեց կառուցել: Ես անգամ գիտեմ, թե ովքեր են ճանապարհ կառուցողները: Ես սա համարում եմ պետական դավաճանություն, ինքը պլանավորել էր»,- ասաց հրամանատարը:
