Արցախի արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայությունը զոհված զինծառայողների մարմինների որոնման աշխատանքների արդյունքում մինչև օրս մոտ 693 հայ զինծառայողի մարմին արդեն հայտնաբերել է։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասել է Արցախի Արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի սպա Հունան Թադևոսյանը` հավելելով, որ որոնողական աշխատանքները շարունակվում են:

«Արդեն այդ աշխատանքներին միացել են ոստիկանական և Պաշտպանության բանակի ջոկատները: Դիակների փոխանակում պարբերաբար իրականացվում է: Ուղղակի ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ դժվար է բանակցելը, փոխանակման գործընթացը ձգձգվում է: Ընդհանրապես ադրբեջանական կողմը այս ընթացքում շատ է խոչընդոտում աշխատանքներին, համաձայնության չեն գալիս կամ մի օր համաձայնում են, իսկ հաջորդ օրը անհասկանալի պատճառներով հրաժարվում համաձայնությունից»,- ասաց Թադևոսյանը:

Հարցին` թե արդյոք որոնողական աշխատանքների ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են պատսպարված քաղաքացիներ և զինծառայողներ, Թադևոսյանը պատասխանեց, որ սկզբնական շրջանում մեկ դեպք եղել է Շուշիի հատվածներում, սակայն դրանից հետո նման դեպքեր չեն արձանագրվել:

ԱԻՊԾ-ի ներկայացուցչի խոսքով` Զանգելանի, Ֆիզուլու, Ջաբրայիլի և Հադրութից հարավ ընկած հատվածներում փրկարարները դեռ որոնողական աշխատանքներ չեն իրականացնում, Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի և ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ բանակցությունները շարունակվում են: Նրա խոսքով` գերիների փոխանակման մասով նույնպես բանակցություններ ընթանում են ամենաբարձր մակարդակով, որին ներգրավված են ռուս բարձրաստիճան սպաները, բայց դեռ որևէ արդյունք չկա:

Անդրադառնալով զոհված զինծառայողների մարմինների որոնողական աշխատանքներին` Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի առաքելության խոսնակ Էթերի Մուսայելյանը նշել է, որ նոյեմբերի 13-ից ԿԽՄԿ որպես հումանիտար կազմակերպություն և չեզոք միջնորդ մասնակցել է դիակների դուրսբերման և վերադարձման գործընթացին:

«Մենք օգնում ենք կողմերին, որպեսզի նրանք կարողանան ավելի անվտանգ պայմաններում կազմակերպել այդ գործընթացը: Գրեթե ամենօրյա ռեժիմով մասնակցում ենք բանակցություններին, ամեն օր, երբ տեղի են ունենում այդ գործընթացները, մասնակցում ենք որպես միջնորդ: Մեր բոլոր բանակցությունները կողմերի հետ նման հարցերի շուրջ կրում են գաղտնի բնույթ և հիմա ասել, թե ինչի շուրջ ենք բանակցում, չենք կարող»,- ասել է Մուսայելյանը:
