«Էլ չեմ կարողանում այստեղ մնալ, ես հետ եմ գնում մի բուռ մնացած տանս տեր կանգնեմ». Ասկերանի շրջանի Սզնեգ գյուղի բնակիչ Մանասյան Կամոյի վերջին խոսքերն են հարազատներին:

Պատերազմի օրերին Կամո պապիկը ընտանիքի հետ տեղափոխվել է Արտաշատ, որից հետո բարեկամները նրանց հյուրընկալել են Էջմիածնում:

Չնայած այն բանին, որ շատ լավ են բոլորը վերաբերվել պապիկին ու ընտանիքին Կամո Մանասյանը չի կարողացել համակերպվել այդ կարգավիճակի հետ ու որոշել է կրկին մեկնել իր հայրենի գյուղը, ու հարկ եղած դեպքում՝ կռվել ու պաշտպանել գյուղը:

«Չկարողացանք պապիկին համոզել, որ չգնա: Հայրենասեր, ազնիվ մարդ է: Հոկտեմբերի 25-ի ն գնաց, իսկ նոյեմբերի 1-ին ադեն լուր չունեցանք նրանից: Հակասական ինֆորմացիա կար. իմացել էինք, որ գերի է ընկել, բայց վստահ չէինք: Թշնամու տարածած տեսանյութերից մեկում այսօր ճանաչեցինք Կամո պապիկին: Մարդը թշնամու տանջանքներին է ենթարկվում»,- ArmDay.am-ի  հետ զրույցում ասաց գերեվարված պապիկի հարազատներից մեկը:

Տեսանյութում երեւում է, որ Կամո պապիկն, իսկապես, համարձակ ու հայրենասեր մարդ է: Չնայած տանջանքներին, անընդհատ կրկնում է, որ ոչինչ չունի ասելու իրենց, եթե ուզում են՝ թող կրակեն:

Կամո Մանասյանի ընտանիքը դիմել է Կարմիր Խաչին, բայց դեռ արդյունք չկա:

Թշնամու ձեռագիրը ծանոթ է մեզ: Մինչեւ վերջին կաթիլը ստորացնում ու տանջում են հայ գերիներին, մի բան էլ՝ տեսանկարահանում, տեղադրում համացանցում: Գերիներից ամեն մեկի համար անկախ հարազատ լինելու հանգամանքից, ցավում ենք բոլորս:

Բոլորիս համար 1 խնդիրը այս պահին գերիներին վերադարձնելու հարցն է, սակայն ներկայիս իշխանությանը, մասնավորապես Նիկոլ Փաշինանին, կարծես թե դա այնքան էլ չի հուզում եւ տպավորություն է, որ այդ հարցով չի էլ զբաղվելու:
