Դիվանագետները պահանջում են «ձախողված վարչապետի և նրա կառավարության հրաժարականը»

ՀՀ մի շարք դիվանագետներ հայտարարություն են տարածել, որում ասված է․
Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գործող իշխանության հախուռն և անհեռատես արտաքին քաղաքականությունը լրջագույն մարտահրավերների առջև կանգնեցրեց մեր երկիրը։ Հավուր պատշաճի չկարևորվեցին տասնամյակներով ձևավորված ռազմավարական բարձր մակարդակի հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, գործընկերային սերտ հարաբերությունները Իրանի, Չինաստանի, Վրաստանի, բազմաշերտ հարաբերությունները Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների, Եվրոպական Միության երկրների հետ և այլ արտաքին քաղաքական ուղղություններ։ Այս ամենի ուղղակի հետևանքն էր սույն թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված աննախադեպ պարտվողական հայտարարությունը: Այդ փաստաթղթում առկա են բազմաթիվ անորոշություններ, որոնք վերաբերում են Արցախի Հանրապետության իրավական կարգավիճակին, տարածքային խնդիրներին, հաղորդակցության ուղիների ապաշրջափակման հարցերին, ռազմագերիների, պատանդների, պահվող այլ անձանց և մահացածների մարմինների փոխանակմանը, ինչպես նաև տեղահանված անձանց և փախստականների վերադարձին:
Հայկական դիվանագիտությանը սպասվում է ծանրագույն աշխատանք առաջիկա բանակցային գործընթացը պատշաճ մակարդակով իրականացնելու համար։ Մեզ տրված է պատմական հնարավորություն հետևողական աշխատանքով ապացուցելու, որ հայ դիվանագետն արժանի է պատերազմի դաշտում հերոսության բացառիկ օրինակներ ցուցաբերած մեր զինվորներին և սպաներին։
Սակայն այս ամենը հնարավոր է միայն ձախողված վարչապետի և նրա կառավարության հրաժարականի դեպքում: Անհրաժեշտ է ձևավորել ժողովրդի վստահությունը վայելող լեգիտիմ քաղաքական իշխանություն, որը կառաջնորդվի ազգային-պետական շահերի խորը գիտակցման վրա հիմնված արտաքին քաղաքականությամբ: Պետք է ժամ առաջ համազգային կարողականությամբ ու հետևողական քայլերով Հայաստանը Հանրապետությունը և Արցախը դուրս բերել այս ծանր վիճակից: Պարտվողական և ազգային նվաստացման քաղաքականությունն ապագա չունի։
