Հայկական կողմը հանցագործներ Դիլհամ Ասկերովին և Շահբազ Գուլիևին հանձնում է Ադրբեջանի՞ն

Այսօր կարևորագույն խնդիր է մեր գերեվարված հայրենակիցների վերադարձը: Այստեղ ուզում եմ ասել, որ որոշակի առաջընթաց ունենք և, ըստ էության, համաձայնեցված է սկզբունքը, որ բոլորը պետք է փոխանակվեն բոլորի հետ: Այս մասին իր ուղերձում հայտարարեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Ընդ որում, խոսքը վերաբերում է ոչ միայն պատերազմի ընթացքում գերեվարված, այլ նաև պատերզամից առաջ հայկական ու ադրբեջանական կողմերում հայտնված անձինք պետք է վեադարձվեն: Հիմա մեր խնդիրն է գործել այնպես, որ ոչ միայն վերադարձնենք նրանց, ում գերեվարված լինելու փաստն այս պահին հաստատված էպաշտոնապես, այլև մեխանիզմներ ստեղծենք, որ եթե հետագայում պարզվեն այլ անուններ ևս, նրանց վերադարձի հետ կապված խնդիրներ չծագեն: Այստեղ մեզ որոշակի համբերություն է պետք, և ես կարծում եմ, որ մենք հաջողություններ կունենանք»,-ասաց նա:
Արդյո՞ք սա նշանակում է, որ հայկական կոմը պետք է վերադարձնի նաև Դիլհամ Ասկերովին և Շահբազ Գուլիևին, ում Ադրբեջանն արդեն բավականին երկար ժամանակ ցանկանում է ստանալ հերոսացնելու համար, ինչպես եղավ հայ սպայի մարդասպանի դեպքում:
Դիլհամ Ասկերովին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել ԼՂՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 7-րդ, իսկ նույն երկրի քաղաքացի Շահբազ Գուլիեւին ՝ 5-րդ հոդվածների հատկանիշներով։ Նրանք մեղադրվում են ազգային ատելության շարժառիթներով մարդուն առեւանգելով սպանելու, կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից անչափահասի նկատմամբ զենքի գործադրմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու, լրտեսության, Ղարաբաղի պետական սահմանը կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից հատելու, հրազեն եւ ռազմամթերք կրելու մեջ։ Դիլհամ Ասկերովին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել նաեւ կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից ազգային ատելության շարժառիթով երկու անձանց սպանության փորձի համար:
ԼՂՀ ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը 2014թ.-ի դեկտեմբերի 29-ին Դիլհամ Ասկերովին դատապարտել է ցմահ, իսկ Գուլիևին 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:
