Հայտնի է` ինչ օրակարգով է Արա Այվազյանը մեկնում Մոսկվա

Դեկտեմբերի 7-ին ՀՀ և ՌԴ արտգործնախարներ Արա Այվազյանի և Սերգեյ Լավրովի հանդիպման և բանակցությունների ընթացքում նախատեսվում է քննարկել երկկողմ համագործակցության՝ ԵԱՏՄ, ՀԱՊԿ և ԱՊՀ գծով, ՄԱԿ, ԵԱՀԿ, ԵԽ, ՍԾՏՀ և այլ միջազգային հարթակներում դիրքորոշումների համաձայնեցման հիմնահարցերի ամբողջ շրջանակը:
Տեղի կունենա կարծիքների առարկայական փոխանակում միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային թեմաների վերաբերյալ: Կքննարկվի Ռուսաստանի ու ՀՀ արտգործնախարարությունների 2020-2021 թվականների խորհրդակցությունների ծրագրի կատարումը:
Հանդիպման օրակարգի առանցքային թեմաներից մեկը լինելու է ՌԴ և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների և ՀՀ վարչապետի միջև նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության գործնական իրականացումը:
Հումանիտար օգնություն ցուցաբերելու, ենթակառուցվածքները վերականգնելու, տրանսպորտային միջանցքներն ապաշրջափակելու գործընթացը կքննարկվի այս տարվա նոյեմբերի 21-ին ՌԴ-ի միջգերատեսչական պատվիրակության՝ Երևան և Բաքու կատարած այցերից հետո ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների համատեքստում:
Կողմերը կանդրադառնան ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինի այս տարվա նոյեմբերի 13-ի հրամանագրի համաձայն մարդասիրական արձագանքման միջգերատեսչական կենտրոնի ստեղծման հետ կապված հարցերին, որի աշխատանքներին ներգրավված են մի քանի տասնյակ ՌԴ նախարարություններ, գերատեսչություններ և գործակալություններ:
Այցը կդառնա ռուս-հայկական հագեցած քաղաքական երկխոսության տրամաբանական շարունակությունը, որն ուղղված է երկու երկրների սերտ համագործակցության հետագա զարգացմանը քաղաքական, առևտրատնտեսական, հումանիտար և այլ ոլորտներում, այդ թվում` հաշվի առնելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում ռազմական գործողությունների ավարտից հետո տարածաշրջանում առաջացած նոր իրողությունները:
«Մոսկվայի և Երևանի միջև հաստատվել է արտաքին քաղաքականության արդյունավետ համակարգում համաշխարհային և տարածաշրջանային օրակարգի առանցքային հարցերի վերաբերյալ՝ ունիվերսալ ու մասնագիտացված միջազգային կազմակերպությունների`ՄԱԿ-ի, ԵԱՀԿ-ի, ՍSՀԿ-ի և այլ բազմակողմ ձևաչափերի շրջանակում:
Ռուս-հայկական դաշնակցային փոխգործակցության զարգացման դրական դինամիկան ապահովվում է բարձր մակարդակի ինտենսիվ երկխոսությամբ:
Շարունակվում են նաև միջգերատեսչական ակտիվ շփումները, ինչը փոխշահավետ հիմքերով հնարավորություն է տալիս լուծելու համագործակցության հրատապ խնդիրները: Իրականացվում է միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցություն»,- նշված է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ:
