Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հակամարտությունը դուրս է գալիս թեժ փուլից. Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև եռակողմ հայտարարությունը դադարեցրել է պատերազմը: Այս մասին իր հայ գործընկեր Արա Այվազյանի հետ բանակցությունները սկսելուց առաջ հայտարարել է ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, գրում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» գործակալությունը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Մոսկվայում ուրախ են, որ Այվազյանը նախարարի պաշտոնում իր առաջին արտասահմանյան այցը կատարում է Ռուսաստան:
«Մենք նոր ենք դուրս գալիս Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության թեժ փուլից: Ես կցանկանայի նշել, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ին Հայաստանի վարչապետի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահի կողմից ստորագրված համատեղ հայտարարության կարևորությունը, որը բոլորը ստիպված են ճանաչել այսօր, դադարեցրել է պատերազմը և ապահովել է պայմանավորվածությունները, որոնք թույլ են տալիս և փախստականներին և ներքին տեղահանվածներին վերադառնալ սեփական օջախներ, ապահովել է նաև տնտեսության վերականգնման, հումանիտար խնդիրների լուծման պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացումը, տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների բացումը»,-նշել է Լավրովը:
