Ռուսաստանում հայտնի հայազգի քաղաքական գործիչ Սեմյոն Բաղդասարովն իր տելեգրամյան ալիքում անդրադարձել է «Թովմասյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Արտակ Թովմասյանի՝ կառավարության անհապաղ հրաժարականի և արտահերթ ընտրությունների կոչի գրառմանը:
Սեմյոն Բաղդասարովը «Միջին Արևելքի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրների հետազոտության կենտրոն» ոչ պետական ինքնավար կազմակերպության տնօրենն է: Նա զբաղվում է Մերձավոր Արևելքի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի սուր հարցերի քաղաքական և ռազմական վերլուծությամբ: 2016 թվականին նա դարձել է «Արդար Ռուսաստանի» մերձմոսկովյան կուսակցական խմբավորումներից մեկի անդամ:
Քաղաքական գործիչն իր տելեգրամյան ալիքում, կիսվելով Ա. Թովմասյանի գրառումով, ընդգծել է որոշ հատվածներ, ինչպիսիք են՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ներքաղաքական բախումներից զերծ պահելու նպատակով, կառավարության անհապաղ հրաժարականը, Ազգային ժողովի պրոֆեսիոնալ կերպով չգործելը, ինչպես նաև նոր քաղաքական օրակարգի ձևավորման ու հայրենիքը սիրող, մասնագիտական ոլորտներում հաջողություններ գրանցած մարդկանց՝ քաղաքական գործընթացների մեջ ակտիվացնելու մեր իրականության անհապաղ ուղերձ լինելը:
