ՀՀ Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արա Այվազյանը անհրաժեշտություն է տեսնում, որ Թուրքիան դուրս բերի իր զինված ուժերի անձնակազմը և ահաբեկչական խմբավորումները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտուց և ընդհանրապես Հարավային Կովկասից: Այս մասին Այվազյանն ասաց դեկտեմբերի 7-ին ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ համատեղ ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում:
«Թուրքիան՝ որպես Արցախի ժողովրդի դեմ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի գլխավոր հրահրիչ և ոգեշնչող այսօր էլ շարունակում է վարել տարածաշրջանի համար կործանարար քաղաքականություն: Դա պարտավորեցնում է միջազգային հանրությանը գործի դնել բոլոր հնարավոր լծակները` ստիպելու համար Թուրքիային զերծ մնալ ցանկացած գործողություններից, որոնք կարող են էլ ավելի սրել լարվածությունը: Թուրքիան պետք է դուրս բերի իր զինված ուժերի անձնակազմը և նրա հետ փոխկապակցված զինյալ ահաբեկչական խմբավորումները ԼՂ հակամարտության գոտուց և ընդհանրապես Հարավային Կովկասից»,- ասաց Այվազյանը:
ՀՀ արտգործնախարարը նշեց, որ դեռևս չկան օտարերկրյա զինյալ ահաբեկիչների դուրսբերման հստակ ազդակներ:
«Ընդհակառակը՝ առկա են հավաստի տեղեկություններ այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանը ծրագրում է ընդլայնել զինյալ ահաբեկիչների և վարձկանների տարածման աշխարհագրությունը և նրանցով վերաբնակեցնել Արցախի օկուպացված շրջանները»,- նշեց Արա Այվազյանը:
Սեպտեմբերի 27-ից մինչև նոյեմբերի 10-ը Ադրբեջանն Արցախի դեմ լայնածավալ պատերազմ էր սանձազերծել Թուրքիայի և վարձկան-ահաբեկիչների աջակցությամբ:
