Ձայնագրությունն ընդունում ենք որպես փաստ և զերծ մնում մեկնաբանություններից․ փակ ձևաչափով նիստերը մեկնաբանման ենթակա չեն․ ՀՀ 3-րդ նախագահի գրասենյակը՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Լուկաշենկոյի ձայնագրության մասին

ՀՀ 3-րդ նախագահի գրասենյակը մեկնաբանություն է տարածել երեկ տարածված ձայնագրության վերաբերյալ, որում Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն Սերժ Սարգսյանին ասում է՝ Ալիևը պատրաստ է 5 մլրդ դոլար տալ Արցախի շրջանների դիմաց, ինչին ի պատասխան Սարգսյանն արձագանքում է․ «Ես 6 մլրդ կտամ, թող հրաժարվի Արցախի 7 շրջաններից»։
Գրասենյակի տարածած հայտարարությունը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․
«Երեկ երեկոյան տելեգրամյան ալիքներից մեկով տարածված ձայնագրության վերաբերյալ ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահի գրասենյակը բազմաթիվ հարցումներ է ստացել լրատվամիջոցներից, որոնք ցանկանում են պարզել՝ արդյո՞ք իրականությանը համապատասխանում է ձայնագրության մեջ պարունակվող քննարկումը, ե՞րբ է այն տեղի ունեցել, որտե՞ղ, և ինչո՞ւ մինչև հիմա ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այդ մասին չի խոսել:
Հասկանալի չէ, թե ինչպե՞ս է դեռևս 2016թ. հոկտեմբերի 14-ին Երևանում կայացած Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նստաշրջանի՝ նեղ կազմով նախագահների հանդիպման ոչ հրապարակային զրույցը հայտնվել համացանցում: ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահի գրասենյակը ձայնագրության հրապարակումն ընդունում է որպես փաստ և զերծ է մնում մեկնաբանություններից` նկատի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ փակ ձևաչափով անցկացված նիստերը մեկնաբանման ենթակա չեն, ինչպես չեն եղել մինչ այժմ»։
