Ռուս հոգեբան Ն. Կոզլովն իր հոդվածում նշել է, որ քաղաքակիրթ հարաբերությունները այն հարաբերություններ են, որոնցում հաստատվել և իրագործվում են երկու կողմերի շահերը բավարարող կանոններ: Հոդվածը վերցրել ենք Psychologos.ru կայքից:

Հոգեբանի համաձայն՝ քաղաքակիրթ հարաբերություններում Ավագ-Կրտսեր դերերը բաժանված են՝ ըստ ոլորտների: Մի ոլորտում Ավագը Ձեր զուգընկերն է, իսկ Դուք Կրտսերն եք, մյուսում՝ հակառակը և այսպես շարունակ:

Եթե մարդիկ քաղաքակիրթ հարաբերություններ ստեղծելուն սովոր են, նրանք կստեղծեն նաև քաղաքակիրթ ընտանիք. ընտանիք, որը կունենա և կհետևի իր քաղաքակիրթ կանոններին և պայմանավորվածություններին: Քաղաքակիրթ ընտանիքներում մարդիկ միմյանց վերաբերվում են հարգանքով, նրանց հարաբերություններում «բազարը» տեղ չունի, նրանք կոնֆլիկտի վայրի ձևեր չեն կիրառում:

Եթե հասկանում եք, որ ձեր հարաբերությունները վատն են, նշանակում է, որ դա այդպես է: Իսկ եթե Ձեզ թվում է, որ հարաբերությունները որակյալ են, ապա կարող եք դա ստուգել՝ օգտագործելով հետևյալ պարզ չափանիշը:

Օրինակ՝ այնպիսի իրավիճակներ են ստեղծվում, երբ ուզում եք գովեստի հաճելի խոսք ասել, սակայն դա հաջող չի ստացվում, և զուգընկերը նեղվում կամ վիրավորվում է: Ոչ անմիջապես հետո՝ որոշ ժամանակ անց, դիմեք նրան՝ նշելով, որ դա Ձեզ մոտ վատ ստացվեց, և հարցրեք զուգընկերոջը՝ ինչպես ասել կամ անել, որ նա Ձեզ ճիշտ հասկանա, և դա վիրավորական չհնչի:

Եթե զուգընկերոջից նորմալ պատասխան ստանաք, եթե նա Ձեզ պատասխանի հանգիստ և հասկանալի ձևով, կնշանակի, որ ձեր հարաբերությունները որակյալ են:
