Ժամկետային զինծառայողի կողմից ինքնասպանության փորձ կատարելու գործով ձերբակալվել է երեք անձ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ հինգերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են ժամկետային զինծառայող Ռազմիկ Աբրահամյանի ինքնասպանության փորձ կատարելու հանգամանքները, պատճառները, և դեկտեմբերի 10-ին 3 անձ ձերբակալվել է։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության 
և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից , 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 9-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասից ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ հինգերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ ժամը 12:15-ի սահմաններում կրծքավանդակի ձախ հատվածի հրազենային վնասվածք է ստացել պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային  Ռազմիկ Նվերի Աբրահամյանը: Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 12:20-ի սահմաններում, Ռ.Աբրահամյանը տեղափոխվել է «Ճամբարակի առողջության կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ, այնուհետև՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ կենտրոնական կլինիկական զինվորական հոսպիտալ: Վերջինիս վիճակը գնահատվում է ծանր:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ հինգերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (զինծառայողների փոխհարաբերությունների կանոնագրքային կանոնները խախտելը՝ նրանց միջև ստորադասության (ենթակայության) հարաբերությունների բացակայության դեպքում, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է ծանր հետևանքներ):

Մշակվել քննչական պլան, ձեռնարկվել բազմաթիվ քննչական գործողություններ՝ զինվորի հրազենային վնասվածք ստանալու հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ դեկտեմբերի 9-ին՝ ժամը 11:55-ի սահմաններում, Ռ.Աբրահամյանը մտել է զորամասի հետախուզական վաշտի պահեստանոց, վերցրել պահեստանոցում  գտնվող  հետախուզական վաշտի դասակի հրամանատար, լեյտենանտ Հ.Եղիազարյանին պատկանող ԱԿՍ-74 տեսակի ինքնաձիգը, նույն սենյակում գտնվող զրահաբաճկոնների համար նախատեսված պայուսակից հանել 1 հատ 5.45 տրամաչափի փամփուշտ, լիցքավորել ինքնաձիգը և ինքն իրեն կրծքավանդակի ձախ շրջանում  պատճառել  հրազենային  վնասվածք:

Ռ.Աբրահամյանի հագուստների զննությամբ գրպանից հայտնաբերվել է նամակ՝ ուղղված իր հայրիկին, որում նշված է, որ իրեն ինքնասպանության են դրդել համածառայակիցները:

ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցագործություն կատարելու կասկածանքով պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողներ, շարքայիններ՝ Ա.Կարապետյանը,  Ս.Մելքոնյանը և Վ.Տեր-Վարդանյանը  ձերբակալվել են:

Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ՝ հանցագործության փաստական հանգամանքները բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ:


Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով:
