Տարածքների կորուստի հետևանքով Արցախում մնացել է գործող 6 հիդրոէլեկտրակայան, մինչ պատերազմը Արցախում կար գործող 36 ՀԷԿ: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի Հանրապետության էկոնոմիկայի և արտադրական ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության էներգետիկայի բաժնի պետի պաշտոնակատար Լևոն Գաբրիելյանը:
«ՀԷԿ-երից մեկը Սարսանգինն է՝ 50 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ, և կա ևս 5 փոքր ՀԷԿ, որոնց ընդհանուր դրվածքային հզորությունը միասին 25 ՄՎտ։ Այս պահին, սակայն, դրանք ամբողջ ներուժով չեն աշխատում, քանի որ սակավաջրության խնդիր կա, գումարային մոտ 5.5 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ են այդ 5 ՀԷԿ-երը աշխատում։ Իսկ 30 ՀԷԿ-ն անցել է Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ»,- ասաց նա։
Լևոն Գաբրիելյանի խոսքով՝ մինչ պատերազմը 36 ՀԷԿ-երը կարողանում էին ամբողջությամբ ապահովել Արցախի էլեկտրաէներգիան: Նույնիսկ ավելացած մասը արտահանվում էր Հայաստան՝ փոխհոսքերի միջոցով։
«Հիմա այդ ՀԷԿ-երը չկան և տեղական սպառման համար լուրջ խնդիր է առաջացել։ Բացի ՀԷԿ-երից, բարձրավոլտ ցանցերը նույնպես անցնում էին Քաշաթաղի և Քարվաճառի շրջաններով: Այժմ մեծ մասամբ ենթակայաններն են ծանրաբեռնվածությամբ աշխատում։ Երբ ենթակայանները վերականգնվեն, արդեն փոխհոսքերի հարցը կհասկանանք։ Գլխավոր ենթակայանը պիտի ճիշտ աշխատի, որ կարողանան էլեկտրաէներգիա տրամադրել, և հասկանանք՝ ինքնաբավ է, թե ոչ։
Այս պահին գլխավոր խնդիրը ամբողջ Արցախում էլեկտրաէներգիա ապահովելն է, որից հետո կկարողանանք գնահատել՝ որքանով ենք կարողանում ապահովել, և որքան է անհրաժեշտ»,- նշեց պաշտոնյան:
Գաբրիելյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ հակառակորդի վերահսկողության տակ անցած տարածքներում գտնվող ՀԷԿ-երը մասնավոր էին և մեծամասամբ՝ մինչ տարածքների հանձնումը, ապամոնտաժվել են։
«Հիմա գլխավոր խնդիրը ցանցի վերականգնումն է, օրինակ՝ Մարտունու շրջանում դեռևս ամբողջությամբ վերականգնված չէ։ Պատճառն այն է, որ Շուշիի ենթակայանից էր Մարտունու շրջան իջնում էլեկտրաէներգիան, բայց այդ ենթակայանը հիմա ավերված է։ Հիմա Հայաստանից եկող նոր ցանց է վերանորոգվում, որ մինչև Ստեփանակերտ ամբողջ ցանցը սկսի աշխատել, մի հատված է մնացել, գրեթե ավարտվում է։ Դա, որ միացավ, արդեն Հայաստանից էլեկտրաէներգիա կստանանք, այս ՀԷԿ-երի ծանրաբեռնվածությունը կիջնի, քանի որ ենթակայաններն այս պահին գերծանրաբեռնված են աշխատում»,- ասաց էներգետիկայի բաժնի պետի պաշտոնակատարը:
