ԱՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արտակ Բեգլարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
«Այսօր ՌԴ խաղաղապահների միջնորդությամբ Ադրբեջանից Հայաստան տեղափոխված երեք գերիները տարեց քաղաքացիական անձինք են, որոնք մնացել էին իրենց բնակավայրերում ադրբեջանական ներխուժման ժամանակ:
Նրանք հայկական կողմին են փոխանցվել առաջնահերթության սկզբունքով, առողջական լուրջ խնդիրներ ունենալու պատճառով։
Նրանց հետ միասին հայկական կողմին է փոխանցվել նաև մեկ այլ տարեց անձի մարմինը, որը մահացել է ադրբեջանական գերության մեջ՝ մեզ համար դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում:
Նշված անձանց հարազատներն արդեն պատշաճ կերպով տեղեկացվել են նրանց վերադարձի մասին:
ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանի հետ համադրում ենք մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն ուղղված մեր աշխատանքները, որոնց շրջանակներում համապատասխան գործողություններ ենք կատարելու վերադարձված անձանց իրավունքներին առնչվող հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
