«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Արցախում կառուցվածքային փոփոխությունները շարունակվում են, եւ առաջիկայում նոր նշանակումներ կլինեն: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն արդեն նոր պաշտոնի օրինակելի առաջարկ է արել Արցախի ընդդիմադիր գործիչ Հայկ Խանումյանին:

Մասնավորապես, ընդդիմադիր գործչին առաջարկել են զբաղեցնել Արցախի տարածքային կառավարման նախարարի պաշտոնը, եւ քննարկումները դեռ ընթանում են:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում այս առնչությամբ Հայկ Խանումյանը նշեց. «Բանակցություններ են գնում նոր իշխանություն ձեւավորելու համար»: Վերջինս չմանրամասնեց՝ նման առաջարկ ստացել է, թե ոչ, սակայն, ըստ էության, չհերքեց, որ կարող է համաձայնել այս կամ այն պաշտոնին: Բացի այս, առաջիկայում փոփոխություններ կլինեն նաեւ արտաքին գերատեսչութան ոլորտում՝ հենց նախարարի մակարդակով:

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ Արցախի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մասիս Մայիլյանի փոխարեն այդ պաշտոնում նշանակվելու առաջարկ է արվել Արցախի ժողովրդավական կուսակցության անդամներից մեկին:

Հիշեցնենք՝ այս կուսակցության նախագահը Արցախի ԱԺ նախկին նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանն է, որի կուսակցությունը անցողիկ շեմ հաղթահարեց այս տարվա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ: Հիշեցնենք՝ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը որոշել է միասնական կառավարմամբ, իշխանությունը կիսելով դուրս գալ ստեղծված իրավիճակից եւ նոր անձանց է պաշտոնների նշանակում:

Հենց այդ քայլերի շրջանակներում Վիտալի Բալասանյանը փոխարինեց Սամվել Բաբայանին՝ նշանակվելով Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար, իսկ Մանե Թանդիլյանն էլ Երեւանից տեղափոխվեց Արցախ եւ ստանձնեց աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի պաշտոնը»:
