«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Պատերազմի օրերին «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամին գումարներ փոխանցած մեր հայրենակիցներից ոմանք խորապես զղջում են, որ փոխանցումներ են արել, եւ այսօր շատերը հետ են պահանջում իրենց փողերը, բայց հետ ստանալու մեխանիզմներ չկան։

Սակայն առավել անհեթեթ վիճակում են հայտնվել նրանք, ովքեր ոչ թե հիմնադրամին են փոխանցել, այլ՝ անհատ անձանց, որոնց ասոցացրել են բանակի ու պատերազմի հետ, ուղղակի կանխիկ մեծ գումարներ են տվել՝ մտածելով, որ դրանք կծառայեն զենք-զինամթերք գնելուն, սակայն այդ գումարները հիմնականում գրպանվել են։

Ընդ որում, ոմանց նույնիսկ գումարի ծախսերի մասին «չեկեր» են տրամադրել, որոնք պարզվել է՝ կեղծ են եղել։ Այդ մարդիկ հիմա չգիտեն, թե ումից հետ ուզեն իրենց փողերը։
