POLITICSՆիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը Բուլղարիայից 50.000 հին արկ է ներկրել և նոր սպառազինության գնով վաճառել բանակին. հրետանու արկերի հետքերով.
Նախօրեին ԱԺ-ում տեղի ունեցած կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում վարչապետ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, թե մինչ իր իշխանության գալը բանակում լուծված չի եղել անգամ հրետանու արկերի խնդիրը։
Mediaport-ին հայտնի է դարձել, թե ինչպես է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը «լուծել» հրետանու արկերի «խնդիրը»։
«Տեղեկանալով այն մասին, որ մինչ հեղափոխությունը ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն պայմանագիր է կնքել Բուլղարիայի հետ 50.000 արկ ձեռքբերելու և Հայաստան բերելու մասին՝ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը որոշում է փոփոխություններ մտցնել արկեր գնելու պայմանների մեջ։ Օպերացիան ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետ Արտակ Դավթյանն ու պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը հանձնարարում են տխրահռչակ Պատրոն Դավիթին (Դավիթ Գալստյան)։
Վերջինս Բուլղարիայից նոր արկերի գնով գնում է 50.000 հին արկ, ներկում դրանք և իբրև նոր սպառազինություն բերում Հայաստան։ Այս ամենը տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ վարչապետի գիտությամբ:
Ընդ որում, այդ սպառազինության մի մեծ քանակ՝ 152մմ թնդանոթների համար նախատեսած արկերը, չեն համապատասխանել մեր բանակում առկա նույն տրամաչափ ունեցող թնդանոթներին։ Ֆիզիկապես և բարոյապես մաշված այդ արկերի բացարձակ մեծամասնությունն անցած պատերազմի ընթացքում կոնդիցիայի չեն ենթարկվել՝ մեծ վնաս հասցնելով մարտական դիրքերում գտնվող հրետանուն։
Նշենք նաև, որ ՀՀ ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը, լավ իմանալով, որ բերված արկերը չեն աշխատելու, հանձնարարել են ՀՀ ԶՈՒ հրթիռային զորքերի և հրետանու վարչության պետ Արմեն Հարությունյանին փոխել հրետանու հաշվարկային աղյուսակները։
Այս «գործարքի» և, ինչպես Փաշինյանն է ասում «արկերի խնդրի լուծման» արդյունքում, նշված քառյակը՝ Փաշինյանը, Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, Արտակ Դավթյանն ու Պատրոն Դավոն կլորիկ գումարներ են գրպանել»,-գրում է լրատվամիջոցը:
