«Թովմասյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի ղեկավար Արտակ Թովմասյանը գրել է.
«Բաքվում տեղի ունեցած շքերթի ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի նախագահների հոխորտանքը, որով փորձում էին Հայաստանի ու հայկական բանակի նկատմամբ հաղթանակ բեմադրել, որևէ տրամաբանություն չունի: Հայկական բանակը պարտություն չի կրել, կռվել և դիմադրել է հերոսաբար, սակայն նրանց արյան գնով պաշտպանած տարածքները, Հայաստանը ղեկավարող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, գիշերային դավադիր կապիտուլյացիայի ակտի արդյունքում, հանձնել է թշնամուն:
Հետևաբար, այդ ռազմական շքերթը ոչ թե հայկական բանակի ու հայ ժողովրդի պարտության արձանագրումն է, այլև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Հայաստանի իշխանությունների դիվանագիտական մտքի տկարության, ապաշնորհ կառավարման և դավաճանական վարքագծի արձանագրումը:
Հայաստանում նրանց իշխանավարության ամեն մի ժամը բերելու է նորանոր խայտառակ ձախողումների` արտաքին ճակատում և երկրի ներսում, հետևաբար` օր առաջ անհրաժեշտ է արտահերթ ընտրությունների միջոցով ձևավորել նոր Ազգային ժողով և բացառապես արհեստավարժ և անբիծ կենսագրություն ունեցող անձանցից կազմված կառավարություն, որը կհամախմբի հայության ներուժը, կստեղծի նոր որակի պետություն, որի հետ այլևս որևէ մեկը չի կարող խոսել սպառնալիքի ու շանտաժի լեզվով»։
