«Հարուցվել է քերական գործ»։
Այս նախադասությունը դարձել է շատ սովորական, նույնիսկ առօրյա երևույթ։ Այնպես, ինչպես օրինակ՝ եղանակի տեսությունը։
Արցախ աշխարհը դավադրաբար վաճառած, կռվող բանակին թիկունքից հարված հասցրած, Հայաստանի դերն աշխարհում զգետնած Նիկոլի միակ սիրելի զբաղմունքը՝ քրեական գործ հարուցելն է։ Մարդ, ով կյանքում ոչ մի դրական գործ չի արել, ոչ մի գլուխ գովելու բան չունի, վախից՝ քրեական գործեր է հարուցել։
Բոլոր այն մարդիկ, ովքեր վտանգ են տեսել նրա վարչապետության և կասկածելի կամ սխալ գործունեության մեջ, համարձակ կերպով քննադատել են։
Քննադատելուց բացի նաև մասնակցել են ցույցերի, բողոքի ակցիաների, հավաքների և այլն։ Դա յուրաքանչյուրի սրբազան իրավունքն է, և առաջին հերթին՝ քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվողների։
Իսկ մեր «քաջ Նիկոլը», լինելով էությամբ վախկոտ ու խաբեբա, ատում է նաև համարձակությունն ու ճշմարտությունը։ Դա է պատճատը, որ Նիկոլը ուժայիններին հանձնարարում է՝ «արյան գետեր սարքել» (խեղճ իջևանցիներ, ում էիք մի կտոր հաց տվել), խուզարկել, վախեցնել, ձերբակալել, բերման ենթարկել, կալանքի տանել, գործ հարուցել, արտաքսել, ազատել աշխատանքից, հրավիրել ԱԱԾ և նմանատիպ այլ ապօրինություններ։ Այս ամենի թիրախը՝ ընդդիմադիր խոսք ասող, կամ ակցիա անողներն են։
Առ այսօր, քանի՞ մանրամասն քննված, հիմնավոր ապացուցված, դատարանով ուժի մեջ մտած գործեր կան, որոնց հանրային հնչեղություն է տրվել։ Չկա՛ն։
Քանի-քանի հարուցված ու չհիմնավորված գործեր են այսօր ծանրացել ՀՔԾ, ՔԿ, ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների խղճների վրա (այնտեղ մարդիկ են աշխատում ոչ թե ֆեյքեր, և հաստատ խիղճ ու պատիվ կունենան)։ Քանի-քանի ամոթահար խուզարկություններ են արվել ուսադիրներ կրող մարդկանց կողմից, ովքեր աչքները չեն կարողացել գետնից բարձրացնել, աղաչական հայացքով խնդրելով, որ դիմացինները հասկանան իրենց անելանելի դրությունը։
Եվ այսպես 30 ամիսներ։
Հիմա, մի տեսակ սովորական բան է դարձել. ում հարցնում ես «քեզ վրա ինչի՞ համար են գործ հարուցել, ժպիտով կամ հումորով պատասխանում է. իրենք էլ չգիտեն»։
Արցախը միտումնավոր կորսված կամ վաճառված է։ Այս հանհամանքը դառնալու է ապագայի թիվ մեկ քրեական գործը, շատ մեծ, շատ հնչեղ, ու շատ ցավոտ քրեական գործը։ Ցավոտ բոլորի համար, այդ թվում նաև ընդդիմության։
Ընդդիմությունն իրավունք չունի այնքան թույլ և հանդուրժող լինի, որ իր Հայրենիքը կարողանան վաճառել ու մարսել։ Նիկոլին մինչ պատերազմն էր պետք հեռացնել, և չէինք ունենա այս ողբերգությունը։ Հիմա մնացել է մեկ բան՝ մեծ դատավարություն, հանուն ապագա սերունդների։
