Ժամը 00:30-ի շրջանակներում ավարտվել է կառավարական ամառանոցում տեղի ունեցած «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության խորհրդի նիստը: Այս մասին փոխանցում է Mediaport Տելեգրամյան ալիքը։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վախեցած է եղել, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության ևս 3 բնակավայրի թշնամուն հանձնելու, նոր վիրավորների թեման կարող է կրկին հանրային հուզումների առիթ դառնալ:
Այդ պատճառով ուժային բոլոր կառույցներում տագնապ է հայտարարել, որպեսզի, եթե վրդովված ժողովուրդը կրկին հարձակվի իր առանձնատան և կառավարության շենքի վրա լինի դիմադրություն: Նույն պատճառով նաև կառավարական առանձնատուն է տարվել Հ1-ի շարժական կայանը, որպեսզի անհրաժեշտության դեպքում նա դիմի ժողովրդին:
Տեսնելով հանրային ճնշման բացակայությունը՝ Փաշինյանը թիմակիցներին ասել է հրաժարական չի տալու, պետք է շարունակեն իրավիճակից ելքեր փնտրել:
