Անհապաղ հանրությանը ներկայացնել Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակն ու շտապ գումարել ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստ, որը կքննի Հադրութի շրջանում ստեղծված իրավիճակի պատճառները և լուծման ճանապարհները. ՀՀ նախագահ

ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը դիմել է ԱԳՆ֊ին և ՊՆ֊ին՝ Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակն անհապաղ հանրությանը ներկայացնելու կոչով, ինչպես նաև խորհրդարանին՝ ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստ գումարելու և Հադրութում ստեղծված իրավիճակը քննելու նպատակով։
«Սույն թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը, խախտելով նոյեմբերի 9-ին հայտարարված զինադադարը, գրավել են Արցախի Հադրութի շրջանի Հին Թաղեր գյուղը և առաջացել դեպի նույն շրջանի Խծաբերդ գյուղի տարածք:
ՀՀ կառավարության համապատասխան գերատեսչությունները մինչ այս պահը պատշաճ կերպով հստակ չեն ներկայացրել իրավիճակը և հայկական կողմի իրականացրած գործողությունները։
Հաշվի առնելով իրադրությունը՝ Հանրապետության նախագահը դիմում է ՀՀ պաշտպանության և արտաքին գործերի նախարարություններին՝ անհապաղ հանրությանը ներկայացնել Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակը, ինչպես նաև նշված բնակավայրերի պաշտպանության և զինադադարի արդյունավետ պահպանման համար հայկական կողմից ձեռնարկած գործողությունները։
Միաժամանակ Հանրապետության նախագահը դիմում է ՀՀ ԱԺ-ին՝ շտապ գումարել ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստ, որը կքննի Հադրութի շրջանում ստեղծված իրավիճակի պատճառները և լուծման ճանապարհները։
Բարձր գնահատելով ՌԴ նախագահի միջնորդությամբ նոյեմբերի 9-ին ձեռք բերված զինադադարը և դրա պահպանումը՝ Հանրապետության նախագահը հիշեցնում է նաև, որ ՀՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի 1992թ. հուլիսի 8-ին ընդունած որոշմամբ ՀՀ-ն պարտավոր է հետևողականորեն սատար կանգնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությանը և նրա բնակչության իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը»,- նշված է ՀՀ նախագահի հայտարարությունում:
