«Հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ Արթուր Վանեցյանը հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստ է հանդիպել «Իմ քայլի» պատգամավորների հետ` երկրին վերաբերող հարցերը քննարկելու համար:
«Այո, ես պատրաստ եմ երկխոսել «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավորների հետ: Եթե լինի հանդիպման հրավեր` «Իմ քայլը» պատգամավորների կամ Աժ նախագահի կողմից, ապա կընդունեմ այդ հրավերը ու նրանց հետ կխոսեմ մեր երկրի ապագայի մասին», - «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Ա.Վանեցյանը` պատասխանելով «Իմ քայլի» հետ հնարավոր երկխոսության վերաբերյալ հարցին:
Ինչ վերաբերում է «Իմ քայլի» կողմից վարչապետի այլ թեկնածուի առաջադրմանը ու դրա շուրջ հնարավոր երկխոսությանը` Ա.Վանեցյանն ընդգծել է. «Մենք նման օրակարգ չունենք», երկխոսությունը կարող է վերաբերել բացառապես երկրի ապագային վերաբերող հարցերին:
