Ռուսաստանցի անանունները սկսել են զբաղվել Վենեսուելայի նավթի վաճառքով
ANALYSISՆոյեմբերին Վենեսուելայի նավթի արտահանման կեսից ավելին բաժին է հասել ռուսական չորս ընկերությունների, սակայն, ինչպես «РБК»-ն պարզել է, դրանք Իրավական անձանց միասնական պետական գրանցամատյանում գրանցված չեն և գոյություն ունեն միայն կայքերի տեսքով:
Whois-ի տվյալների համաձայն՝ «Xiamen Logistic Grass», «Olympia Stly Trading», «Zaguhan & Co, Karaznbas», «Kalinin Business International» և «Poseidon GDL Solutions» կայքերը գրանցված են անանուն ֆիզիկական անձի կողմից:
Այն մասին, որ ռուսական ընկերություններն ամբողջ աշխարհում սկսել են զբաղվել Վենեսուելայի նավթի վաճառքով, նոյեմբերին հաղորդել է «Reuters»-ը: Հետաքննության մեջ նշվել է «OGX Trading» ընկերության մասին, որը Մոսկվայում գրանցվել է 2020 թվականի մարտին:
Ըստ գործակալության տվյալների՝ այն վարձակալել է «Wanneng Munay» լցանավը և, որպես գնորդ՝ գրանցել է վերոնշյալ չորս ընկերությունները: «OGX Trading»-ի հիմնական սեփականատերը Դուբայի «Marlybone Trading»-ն է:
Ընկերության ղեկավարը Սերգեյ Բասովն է, ով Մոսկվայում ևս հինգ ընկերությունների հիմնադիր է: Դրանցից երկուսը փոխանցվել են «Mercuri»-ին, որի հիմնադիրը Վենեսուելայի քաղաքացի Մատա Պերեդա Բեթսի Դեզիրեն է: Նույնանուն մի կին ժամանակին ցուցակագրվել էր՝ որպես սննդամթերքի ներմուծման գործում Վենեսուելայի կառավարության միջնորդ թուրքական «Mulberry Proje Yatirim» ընկերության բաժնետեր:
Վենեսուելայից նավթի արտահանումն անցնում է խիստ գաղտնիության պայմաններում: Փոխադրողներն անջատում են տրանսպորտային հաղորդիչները, իսկ փաստաթղթերում չի նշվում՝ նավը ում համար է նավթ տանում, ինչ կարգի նավթ է և ինչ քանակությամբ է:
