«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Երեկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել է, թե հրաժարական կտա միայն ժողովրդի կամարտահայտման հավաստի արդյունքների հիման վրա: Այլ հարց է, որ փորձագետների և հանրության գերակշիռ մեծամասնության համոզմամբ, նման կամարտահայտություն ու կամարտահայտման հավաստի արդյունքներ վաղուց կան, ինչն ակհնայտ է նույնիսկ անզեն աչքով, իսկ այսպիսի հայտարարությունները փաստացի նպատակ ունեն պարզապես երկարաձգել պաշտոնավարումը:
Մենք առիթ ունեցել ենք տեղեկացնելու, որ Փաշինյանը դիտարկում է արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացումը: Այս առումով «Փաստ» թերթին նոր տեղեկություններ են հասել. ըստ այդմ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նախատեսում է որքան հնարավոր է դիմադրել իր հրաժարականի համաժողովրդական պահանջին և մայիսին կամ հունիսին արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնել: Կարևորը, որ այդ ժամանակ իրենք լինեն իշխանության, որպեսզի կարողանան վարչական ռեսուրսի տոտալ կիրառմամբ ապահովել իրենց վերարտադրությունը: Մեր կառավարական աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, հենց այդ նպատակով էլ իրականացվում են կադրային տեղաշարժերը հատկապես մարզպետների մակարդակով: Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, այդ ժամանակահատվածը իշխանությունները նաև ուզում են օգտագործել «անհնազանդ» համայնքապետներին անվստահություն հայտնելու, քրեական գործեր հարուցելու համար, որպեսզի մարզերում ամբողջ վարչական ռեսուրսը «յուրային» լինի և իրավապահ համակարգի հետ իր «գործն անի» ընտրություններում:
