Օնիկ Գասպարյանը չի կատարել վարչապետի հրահանգը. «Հրապարակ»

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Մարտի 1-ի գործում Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին ուղղված ամենալուրջ մեղադրանքն այն է, որ նա զորքի տեղաշարժ է իրականացրել՝ ներքաղաքական պրոցեսները կառավարելու համար։

Մեր հավաստի աղբյուրը՝ պաշտպանության նախարարությունից, պատմում է, որ օրեր առաջ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կապվել է ՀՀ ԶՈՒ Գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի հետ եւ ասել, որ զորքը պատրաստ պահեն, որպեսզի իր հրահանգով իջեցնեն քաղաք։ Գասպարյանը հետաքրքրվել է՝ ինչի՞ համար։ Ասել է՝ հատուկ պահպանության օբյեկտները պաշտպանելու։ Օնիկ Գասպարյանն ասել է՝ քանի դեռ ես եմ Գլխավոր շտաբի պետը, զորքը ներքաղաքական գործընթացներին չի միջամտելու եւ քաղաք չի բերվելու։ Սրանով ավարտվել է խոսակցությունը, որից հետո Գասպարյանը կապվել է պաշտպանության նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի հետ եւ ներկայացրել իրենց խոսակցությունը՝ խնդրելով, որ եթե վարչապետն իրեն էլ դիմի նույն հարցով, նույն պատասխանը լսի պաշտպանության նախարարից։ Նախարարը խոստացել է խոսել վարչապետի հետ։

Ապա որոշ ժամանակ անց Վ․ Հարությունյանը կապվել է Գասպարյանի հետ եւ ասել՝ իրավական առումով դու ճիշտ ես, բայց եթե նման հրահանգ իջեցվի, պարտավոր ենք ենթարկվել եւ զորքը հանել։ Գասպարյանը կրկնել է իր դիրքորոշումը՝ քանի դեռ ես եմ ԳՇ պետը, բացառվում է, որ զորքը մտնի քաղաք։

Հետո եւս մի անգամ են փորձել զորքը ներքաշել միտինգ ցրելու գործընթացին․ Օնիկ Գասպարյանին ասել են՝ բանակին պատկանող «Ուրալ» մեքենաները բերեք քաղաք, որ եթե ընդդիմությունը տրանսպորտային միջոցներով փորձի փողոցները փակել, դրանց միջոցով բացեն փողոցները, սակայն Գասպարյանը եւս մեկ անգամ լսելի է դարձրել, որ ինքը չի պատրաստվում ներքաղաքական պրոցեսներին մասնակից դառնալ եւ բանակն էլ դարձնել զենք՝ իշխանությունների ձեռքին։
