«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ 2019 թվականի օգոստոսի 8-ին կառավարության նիստում ընդունված 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ից 2-ը Երեւանում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների ժամանակ տուժած անձանց աջակցության ձեւի, չափի, աջակցության տրամադրման համար ներկայացվող դիմումի ձեւի, դիմումին կցվող փաստաթղթերի ցանկի, ինչպես նաեւ դիմումի քննարկման եւ աջակցության տրամադրման կարգը հաստատելու մասին նախագծի ընդունումից հետո եղել են անձինք, որոնք ՀՔԾ պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանին են դիմել եւ ներկայացրել այնպիսի հիմնավոր փաստաթղթեր, թե, իբր, իրենք մարտի 1-ի դեպքերի ժամանակ տուժել են եւ կորցրել են առողջությունը՝ այդկերպ ցանկանալով կառավարությունից ստանալ 15 միլիոն դրամ: Մասնավորապես, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հայտնի դարձավ, որ իրավապահները բացահայտել են, որ Ռուզաննա Ազրոյանը 2019 թվականի օգոստոսի 22-ին ՀՀ ՀՔԾ պետին դիմում է 15.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ ստանալու համար:
Սակայն մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ Ռուզաննա Ազրոյանի մոտ ախտորոշված հիվանդության պատճառահետեւանքային կապի վերաբերյալ վերը նշված ձեռագիր գրառումները բացակայել են: Այս արարքի համար վերոնշյալ կնոջը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 35-178 հոդվածներով:
