««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթն իր նախորդ համարում գրել էր, որ դատախազական համակարգում արշալույսները ևս խաղաղ չեն, և շատ դատախազներ արդեն դիմել են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին և հայտարարել, որ պատրաստվում են անգամ աշխատանքից ազատման դիմումներ գրել, քանի որ չեն ցանկանում անօրինական հրամաններ կատարել:

Եվ, ահա, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի ձեռքում է հայտնվել դատախազների հայտարարության տեքստը: Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք դատախազների հայտարարությունից մի հատված. «Ստեղծված օրհասական պայմաններում դատախազները չեն կարող անմասն մնալ կատարվող իրադարձություններին:

Մենք մշտապես առաջնորդվել ենք օրենսդրական այն պահանջով, որ դատախազը ցանկացած հանգամանքներում պարտավոր է դրսևորել քաղաքական զսպվածություն և չեզոքություն: Սակայն այս պայմաններում ինչպե՞ս է հնարավոր դրսևորել քաղաքական զսպվածություն, երբ բարձրաստիճան մի խումբ քաղաքական գործիչների «քաղաքականության» արդյունքում հայրենիքի մի մաս ենք կորցրել: Եվ ինչպե՞ս պահպանել քաղաքական չեզոքություն, երբ չեզոք լինելը նշանակում է համակերպվել այս իրողության հետ և հնարավորություն տալ անհայրենիքների այս խմբին թշնամուն զիջել հայրենիքի մնացած մասը:

Մեծ պատիվ կհամարենք վերադառնալ դատախազության համակարգ շարունակելու մեր ծառայությունը հանուն մեր հայրենիքի այն դեպքում, երբ ներկա իշխանությունները կհեռանան, ու նրանց փոխարեն երկրի կառավարման ղեկը կստանձնի հայրենասեր, պրոֆեսիոնալ և համազգային շահերով մտահոգ իշխանություն»,-գրում է թերթը:
