Խծաբերդը հանձնելու մասին ես հիմա հստակ չեմ կարող ոչինչ ասել, բայց, իմ տեղեկություններով, ռուս խաղաղապահները հիմա այնտեղ են, հրամանի են սպասում՝ գնան, թե չգնան: Այս մասին Tert.am-ը տեղեկացավ Հադրութի շրջանի Խծաբերդ համայնքի ղեկավար Ալեքսանդր Ավանեսյանից:

«Վերջին օրերի մարտերն անսպասելի էին, ադրբեջանական կողմն էր հարձակվել, բայց այդ գյուղերը պետք է մնային հայկական կողմում, մինչդեռ հակառակորդ կողմն ասում է՝ գծված քարտեզով չի երևում, որ այդ գյուղերը պետք է հայկական կողմում մնան, այսպես են ասում, բայց ստույգ չգիտեմ»,-ասաց նա:

Համայնքապետը նշեց, որ գյուղի բնակիչները տարբեր տեղերում են՝ թե՛ Արցախում, թե՛ Հայաստանում, իսկ գյուղը 121 բնակիչ ունի: «Դե, եթե Հին Թաղերը հանձնվում է, Խծաբերդը պահելու իմաստ չկա, միակ գյուղն է լինում շրջանում»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նոյեմբերի 10-ին ստորագրել է եռակողմ հայտարարություն, որով Ադրբեջանին են անցնում Արցախի յոթ շրջանները, Շուշին ու Հադրութը՝ բացառությամբ մի գյուղի, գյուղեր Ասկերանի ու Մարտունու շրջանից, ինչպես նաև Մարտակերտի շրջանի Թալիշ և Մատաղիս գյուղերը։

Ըստ այդ հայտարարության՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում շփման գծի երկայնքով և Լաչինի միջանցքի երկայնքով տեղակայվում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորախումբ, այդ թվում՝ հրաձգային զենքով զինված 1960 զինծառայող, 90 զրահամեքենա, 380 միավոր ավտոմոբիլային և հատուկ տեխնիկա:
