Մինչ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը փորձում է ԱՄՆ նորընտիր նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի վարչակազմի հետ կարգավորել հարաբերությունները, Կրեմլը վստահ է, որ Թուրքիան կշարունակի ՆԱՏՕ-ի մյուս անդամների միջև տարաձայնություններ բորբոքել, ինչը մեծագույն հաճույք է պատճառում Մոսկվային, գրում է Bloomberg գործակալությունը։

«Կարո՞ղ է Էրդողանը հաշտվել Արևմուտքի հետ. Պուտինն այդպես չի կարծում» վերտառությամբ հոդվածում հոդվածագիրներ Հենրի Մեյերը, Ստեֆն Կրավչենկոն, Իլյա Արխիպովը նշում են, որ ռուսական C-400 համալիրների գնման համար Թուրքիայի դեմ պատժամիջոցներ սահմանելու ԱՄՆ-ի որոշումը կբարդացնի Թուրքիայի նախագահի՝ Վաշինգտոնի հետ կապերը վերականգնելու ջանքերը:

Ադրբեջանից մինչև Սիրիա և Լիբիա Թուրքիայի՝ որպես տարածաշրջանային տերության ազդեցությունը վերականգնելու Էրդողանի ձգտումը Ռուսաստանին ստիպել է հրաժարվել իր հավակնություններից։ Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ Էրդողանն ավելի ու ավելի հաճախ է իրեն ներկայացնում որպես Կրեմլի աշխարհաքաղաքական ազդեցության զսպող գործոն, Պուտինն իր սևծովյան հարևանի հասցեին բացի ջերմ խոսքերից ոչինչ չի ասում, ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների մասին նշում են հոդվածագիրները՝ մեջբերելով Ռուսաստանի Միջազգային գործերի խորհրդի գլխավոր տնօրեն Անդրեյ Կորտունովի խոսքերն առ այն, որ «երկու երկրների հարաբերություններն այժմ շատ լարված են, կա մրցակցություն և նույնիսկ առճակատման տարր։ Այնուամենայնիվ, Թուրքիայի հետ համագործակցությունը ռազմավարական առումով այնքան կարևոր է, որ Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է աչք փակել դրա վրա»։

ՆԱՏՕ-ի պառակտում

Ռուսաստանի հավասարակշռված արձագանքն արտացոլում է Էրդողանի հետ կապերը զարգացնելու ցանկությունը. Էրդողանը 2017 թվականին C-400 համակարգի շուրջ գործարքի կնքմամբ աննախադեպ պառակտում է առաջացրել Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքում։

«Չափազանց շատ տարաձայնություններ են առկա Թուրքիայի, ԱՄՆ-ի և Եվրոպայի միջև, որպեսզի կանխվեն բախումները, իսկ Էրդողանը չի հանդուրժի, որ մյուսները թելադրեն իրեն՝ ինչ անել»,-Bloomberg գործակալությանը հայտարարել է ռուսաստանցի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան, որը խոսել է անանունության պայմանով։

Կորտունովի խոսքով՝ թեև Անկարան արևմտյան գործընկերներին ասում է, որ հետխորհրդային տարածաշրջանում և Մերձավոր Արևելքում իր աճող ներկայությունը հենակետ է էքսպանսիոնիստական Ռուսաստանի դեմ, դա չի նշանակում, որ Թուրքիան ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ գտնվում է նույն հարթության վրա։

Վաղեմի մրցակցություն

Մոսկվայի և Անկարայի միջև լարված հարաբերությունները վերստին հրահրում են երկու նախկին կայսերական տերությունների միջև բազմադարյա մրցակցությունը: 2015 -ին Ռուսաստանը ջախջախիչ պատժամիջոցներ է սահմանել Թուրքիայի դեմ, երբ վերջինս Սիրիայի հետ սահմանին խոցել էր ռուսական կործանիչը։ Չորեքշաբթի նա արգելել է Ադրբեջանից լոլիկի ներկրումը, ինչը երկրի խոշորագույն արտահանումն է՝ նավթից և գազից հետո։

Անդրադառնալով Հարավային Կովկասում իր ազդեցությունը հաստատելու Թուրքիայի ձգտմանը՝ հոդվածագիրները նշում են, որ թեև Պուտինը կարողացավ հասնել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հրադադարին, ինչը թույլ տվեց նրան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ ռուս խաղաղապահներ ուղարկել, այնուհանդերձ, պատերազմի ժամանակ Բաքվին աջակցելու հարցում Էրդողանի հաստատակամությունը Թուրքիային այդ տարածաշրջանում նույնպես դեր ապահովեց։
