Փաշինյանի՝ բանակի լրահամալրումը դադարեցնելու հանձնարարության մասին ձայնագրությունը ներկայացվել է ՀՔԾ. Փաստինֆո

ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական վերահսկողական ծառայության նախկին պետ Մովսես Հակոբյանը երկու անգամ հրավիրվել ՀՔԾ՝ պատերազմի ընթացքում բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների կողմից թույլ տրված չարաշահումների դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով հարցաքննության։
Նշենք, որ քրեական գործը հարուցվել է Մովսես Հակոբյանի նոյեմբերի 19-ի ասուլիսում հնչեցրած սկանդալային հայտարարություններից հետո, որոնց համաձայն պատերազմի երրորդ օրը վարչապետը կանգնեցրել է բանակի լրահամալրումը եւ հանձնարարել առաջնագիծ ուղարկել կամավորականներին: Նա ընդգծել էր, որ իր խոսքերը որեւէ մեկը հերքել չի կարող, քանի որ կան ձայնագրություններ։
«Փաստինֆո»-ն տեղեկացել է, որ Փաշինյանի՝ Հայաստանի համար ճակատագրական դարձած ապօրինի հանձնարարության ձայնագրությունը ներկայացվել է ՀՔԾ-ին եւ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը հայտնվել է անելանելի վիճակում՝ Մովսես Հակոբյանին չեն կարող մեղադրել սուտ մատնության մեջ, իսկ Փաշինյանին կալանավորելու համարձակություն չունեն։ «Փաստինֆո»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան՝ Հակոբյանը հաստատել է, որ վարույթ իրականացնող մարմինը պահանջել է ձայնագրությունները, ինչը տրամադրվել է։
Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ Փաշինյանը իր հանձնարարության շուրջ դեռ չի հարցաքննվել։
Ի դեպ՝ բացի հարցաքննությունից որեւէ այլ քննչական գործողության Մ.Հակոբյանը չի մասնակցել։ Այսինքն՝ տեղի չեն ունեցել նաեւ առերես հարցաքննություններ, ինչը վկայում է, որ Մովսես Հակոբյանի հայտարարությունները հերքող ցուցմունքներ նախաքննական մարմինը ձեռք չի բերել, այլապես նրանց մասնակցությամբ պետք է, որ կազմակերպվեր առերեւս հարցաքննություն։
Իսկ թե արդյոք այս պահին նախաքննական մարմինը կարո՞ղ է ապահովել բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ քննությանն իրականացումը հարցին ի պատասխան՝ Հակոբյանը դժվարացավ կարծիք հայտնել, սակայն համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ իր նկատմամբ անօրինականություններ անել չեն կարող։
