«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Արցախում իրադարձությունները պայթյունավտանգ փուլ են մտել։ Քաղաքական ուժերը քննարկում են ներքաղաքական ճգնաժամից դուրս գալու ելքերը, որը ստեղծվել է պատերազմի եւ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի նկատմամբ հանրային վստահության կտրուկ անկման պայմաններում։ Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակի համար հավասարապես պատասխանատու են համարում Արայիկ Հարությունյանին, ով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ է բոլոր որոշումները կայացնում։

Այս փուլում ակտիվ քննարկվում է Արցախի ուժային կառույցների ղեկավարների հրաժարականի հարցը։ Մեզ ասացին, որ մեծ հարցականի տակ է նաեւ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի պաշտոնավարման շարունակության հարցը։ Այդուհանդերձ, հիմա քննարկվում է ազգային համաձայնության կառավարություն ձեւավորելու հարցը, որտեղ էականորեն նվազելու են Ա․ Հարությունյանի լծակերը։ Հարությունյանին անկյուն մղելու, իզգոյացնելու պահանջատերը ՀՅԴ-ականներն են եւ Վիտալի Բալասանյանը, ինչպես նաեւ՝ քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունները, որոնք բավականին ակտիվ հանդես են գալիս իշխանության մասնակի կամ ամբողջությամբ հեռացման օգտին։

Ըստ որոշ լուրերի, մի քանի օր առաջ հրապարակված հեռախոսային խոսակցությունը, որտեղ Հարությունյանը բողոքում էր, որ 10 օր է՝ խնդրում է զորք ուղարկել, Փաշինյանը չի ուղարկում, Արցախի նախագահի գիտությամբ է տարածվել, որ իրեն ուղղված դժգոհությունների ալիքը մեղմվի։
