Խնամված աղջիկների ամենակարեւոր օրենքները՝

Մարզումներով չես կարող ազատվել որովայնի հատվածում կուտակված ճարպից։ Պետք է վերանայել սննդակարգը։

Մարզված մկաններ ունենալու համար հարկավոր է շաբաթական 2-3 անգամ մարզասրահ գնալ։

Առավոտյան անհրաժեշտ է երկու բաժակ ջուր խմել։ Պարզապես ջրի մեջ հարկավոր է կիտրոնի հյութ լցնել, իսկ խմելուց 10 րոպե հետո պետք է 2 գդալ ձիթապտղի յուղ խմել։ Կարելի է նաեւ կանաչ խնձոր ուտել։

10-15 րոպե անց հարկավոր է նախաճաշել (հագեցնող)։ Նախաճաշը օրգանիզմին հուշում է, որ արթնանալու ժամանակն է։

Ուտելուց 40 րոպե անց չպետք է հավելյալ սնվել։

Պետք է ուտել հաճախ, բայց քիչ քանակությամբ. օրինակ՝ օրական 5 անգամ, 3 ժամը մեկ անգամ։

Լոգանք ընդունելն ու սաունա գնալը ճարպերը չեն այրում. դրանք 2 ժամ անց վերականգնվում են։

Երեկոյան 18:00-ից հետո հաց չուտելը պարտադիր պայման է։

Կոնտրաստային լոգանք՝ բուժիչ միջոց ցանկացած խնդրի պարագայում։ Այն ամրապնդում է նյութափոխանակությունը, նպաստում է ցելյուլիտից ազատվելու գործընթացին, ինչպես նաեւ կամքի ուժ է ձեւավորում։

Ուտելիս պետք է դանդաղ ու երկար ծամել։ Սա նպաստում է մարսողական աշխատանքի ճիշտ կատարմանը։

Մարդը հագեցվածություն զգում է ուտելուց 20 րոպե անց։ Հետեւաբար, չպետք է միանգամից շատ ուտել։

Հարկավոր է ուտել ուղիղ նստած, առանց հեռուստացույց դիտելու՝ հետեւելով ճիշտ սնվելու կանոններին։

Ընկույզը եւ յուղը օգտակար են, բայց քիչ քանակությամբ։ Իհարկե, կարելի է աղցան պատրաստել բուսական յուղ օգտագործել, բայց շատ քիչ։

Կարտոֆիլը պետք է օգտագործել միայն եփված վիճակում։

Սպիտակ եւ սեւ հացերի միջեւ տարբերությունը շատ քիչ է։ Հետեւաբար, փորձեք բացառել հացի օգտագործումը։
