«Ըստ իմ հավաքագրած նախնական տվյալների՝ Հադրութի շրջանի Խծաբերդ գյուղի ուղղությամբ այս օրերին անհետ կորել է շուրջ 60 զինծառայողից բաղկացած մի ստորաբաժանում, բարձր հավանականությամբ որն էլ երևում է ադրբեջանական կողմի հրապարակած տեսանյութում:
Բացարձակ անընդունելի է այս միջադեպը, որը պետք է արագորեն ու խստորեն քննվի իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից՝ պարզելու համար բոլոր հանգամանքներն ու մեղավորների շրջանակը: ԱՀ և ՀՀ բոլոր լիազոր մարմինները պարտավոր են անհապաղ քայլեր ձեռնարկել մեր բոլոր ռազմագերիներին րոպե առաջ տուն վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ: Դրանից բացի, անհրաժեշտ է հստակ տեղեկություններ տրամադրել ռազմագերիների հարազատներին և վարել հնարավորինս թափանցիկ հանրային հաղորդակցություն՝ խուսափելու համար ապատեղեկատվություններից ու ավելորդ լարվածություններից»,- գրել է նա:
