«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Երեկ Արցախի մնացորդների նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը մի քանի սենսացիոն հայտարարություններ է արել: Խոսելով պատասխանատվության մասին՝ նա մասնավորաբար ասել է. «Եթե Սահմանադրությամբ Հանրապետության նախագահը Արցախի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության, անկախության, տարածքային ամբողջականության ու անվտանգության երաշխավորն է, արդյո՞ք ունեցել եմ ներքին ու արտաքին բավարար հնարավորություններ ու լծակներ այս լայնածավալ պատերազմում լիովին երաշխավորել նշված չորս արժեքները: Կամ եթե Սահմանադրությամբ Հանրապետության նախագահը զինված ուժերի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարն է, ապա ու՞մ համար է գաղտնիք, թե իրականում Պաշտպանության բանակն ինչպես ու որտեղից է կառավարվում և թե որքանով է Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահն ընդգրկված այդ գործընթացներում»:

Այսպիսով ուղղակիորեն Արայիկ Հարությունյանը գնդակն ուղարկում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դաշտ՝ մեղավորությունն ամբողջովին բարդելով նրա վրա: Այս ուղերձից անմիջապես հետո հրապարակվեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հարցազրույցը «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանին, ուր վերջինս բառացիորեն ասում է հետևյալը. «Ես ասում եմ՝ ես ինձ համարում եմ թիվ մեկ պատասխանատուն, բայց չեմ համարում թիվ մեկ մեղավորը»: Սա ինքնապաշտպանության ամենացցուն օրինակն է: Ցավոք, Փաշինյանն այդպես էլ չի պատասխանում այն հարցին, թե ով է թիվ մեկ մեղավորը, եթե դա, այսպես կոչված, «գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարը չէ»:

Մի խոսքով, Արցախի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների պաշտոնները դեռևս զբաղեցնող անձինք փաստացի «պինգ-պոնգ» են խաղում, Փաշինյանն էլ ամուր կառչած է աթոռին՝ դարձյալ վկայակոչելով ժողովրդին, իսկ այդ ընթացքում թշնամական երկիրը նորանոր լկտիություններ է թույլ տալիս, նոր գերիներ ենք ունենում, նոր տարածքներ ենք կորցնում, իսկ երկիրը բառիս բուն իմաստով սոցիալ-տնտեսական կոլապսի մեջ է: Ի դեպ, Արայիկ Հարությունյանն իր ուղերձում խմբագրում է արել և նշել. «Ողջամիտ ժամկետում Արցախում կազմակերպվելու են արտահերթ համապետական ընտրություններ, որի ժամանակ ես չեմ առաջադրվելու և դուրս եմ գալու քաղաքականությունից»: Շատերի համոզմամբ, սա ևս հստակ ակնարկ է՝ ուղղված Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին:
