Դատարանը որոշել է դադարեցնել ԵՊՀ ռեկտորի պաշտոնակատար Գեղամ Գևորգյանի լիազորությունները

Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը Երևանի պետական համալսարանի ռեկտորի պաշտոնակատար Գեղամ Գևորգյանի լիազորությունները դադարեցնելու որոշում է կայացրել :«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասել է համալսարանի Հանրային կապերի ծառայության գլխավոր մասնագետ Կարեն Հեքիմյանը:

«Գեղամ Գևորգյանը մինչև ռեկտորի պաշտոնակատար դառնալը հանդիսանում էր «Էվոկա» բանկի խորհրդի նախագահի տեղակալ: Հիմնադրամների մասին օրենքով չի թույլատրվում ռեկտորի պաշտոնի զուգակցումն այլ վճարովի աշխատանքի հետ: Երբ Գևորգյանի թեկնածությունը դրված էր ռեկտորի պաշտոնում, հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդն այդ մասին տեղյակ չի եղել, Գևորգյանը պաշտոնապես չի զգուշացրել, որ ինքն այլ աշխատանք է իրականացնում, և առկա է եղել օրենքի առերևույթ խախտում: Այդ հիմքով ես դիմեցի դատարան` երկու պահանջով` բեկանել ռեկտորի պաշտոնակատարի պաշտոնում նրա ընտրվելու որոշումը, երկրորդ` պահանջեցի դադարած համարել նրա լիազորություններն ընտրման պահից: Դատարանը բավարարեց պահանջները»,- ասել է Հեքիմյանը:

Գեղամ Գևորգյանը նշել է, որ դատարանի որոշմանը դեռ չի ծանոթացել, սակայն հավելեց, որ այն, որ ռեկտորի ժ/պ ընտրման պահին ունեցել է այլ աշխատանք, եղել է բաց և հրապարակային տեղեկություն:

Գեղամ Գևորգյանը ԵՊՀ ռեկտորի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար է ընտրվել 2019թ. մայիսի 30-ին:
