ԱԱԾ նախկին 13 աշխատակիցներ` ԱԱԾ տնօրենի նախկին ՊԺԿ, պահեստազորի գնդապետ Միքայել Համբարձումյանը, ԱԱԾ տնօրենի նախկին առաջին տեղակալ, պահեստազորի գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Հրանտ Եպիսկոպոսյանը, ԱԱԾ տնօրենի նախկին տեղակալ, պահեստազորի գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Վրեժ Արզումանյանը, ԱԱԾ տնօրենի նախկին տեղակալ, պահեստազորի գեներալ-մայոր Գարեգին Մխիթարյանը, պահեստազորի գեներալ-մայոր Զավեն Նանյանը, պահեստազորի գնդապետներ Գրիգոր Անտոնյանը, Էդուարդ Ղումաշյանը, Արտյոմ Գրիգորյանը, Արթուր Խաչատրյանը, Վարդան Գալստյանը, Կարեն Հակոբյանը, Սամվել Բաղդասարյանը ու Սամվել Սարգսյանը հայտարարություն են տարածել, որով մի քանի, ներառյալ իշխանափոխության կոչեր են հնչեցրել։

 

«Կոչ ենք անում հանրության բևեռացումը վերացնելու, ազգային համերաշխություն ձևավորելու նպատակով սեղմ ժամկետներում գնալ իշխանափոխության, դուրս գալ շոկային վիճակից, դրսևորել պրոֆեսիոնալիզմ և կոնկրետ գործողություններով լուծել զինված ուժերում ու կառավարման համակարգում առկա խնդիրները», – գրված է հաղորդագրությունում։

Նրանք պահանջում են նաև, որ սեղմ ժամկետներում թափանցիկ, հանրությանը մատչելի եղանակներով մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրվի Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների միջև հնարավոր գործարքի վերաբերյալ եղած տեղեկությունները: Կոչ են անում իշխանություններին իրավապահ մարմիններին չներքաշել ներքաղաքական ինտրիգների մեջ՝ վերածելով բռնաճնշումներ իրականացնող գործիքի:

«Եթե ՀՀ իշխանությունները սույն կոչը թողնեն անհետևանք, ապա մեր կողմից կձեւավորվի փաստահավաք խումբ՝ փորձառու քննիչների, դատախազների, օպերատիվ աշխատակիցների, փաստաբանների և այլ շահագրգիռ անձանց ներգրավմամբ, ու առկա բոլոր միջոցներով կստուգվեն Հայաստանի և Արցախի դեմ հնարավոր դավադիր գործարքի ու դրա հետևանքով պատերազմում դիտավորությամբ պարտվելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները», – գրված է հաղորդագրությունում։

Նրանք նաև կոչով կդիմեն ՀՀ ԱԱԾ եւ իրավապահ համակարգի իրենց գործընկերներին՝ հորդորելով նրանց դուրս գալ համակարգերից։
