Ղարաբաղում հայկական կողմը մեծ կորուստներ է կրել, ընդ որում, դրա համար կան ե՛ւ օբյեկտիվ, ե՛ւ սուբյեկտիվ պատճառներ: Անհրաժեշտ է Ղարաբաղի հանձնման սցենարի հետաքննություն անցկացնել, ռազմական ղեկավարությանն ուղղված դժգոհություններ կան: Այս մասին դեկտեմբերի 18-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց Segodnya.ru պորտալի գլխավոր խմբագիր, ռազմական թղթակից Յուրի Կոտենոկը, ով ծանր վիրավորվել էր Շուշիի Ղազանչեցոց տաճարի հրթիռակոծման ժամանակ, փոխանցում է News.am-ը:

Ըստ նրա` տակտիկական մակարդակում` վաշտի և դասակի մակարդակում, խնդիրներ չկան, մարդիկ հերոսություն են գործել, նրանց անձնուրացության հետ կապված հարցեր չկան, իսկ  այն, ինչ այժմ կատարվում է Ղարաբաղում և Հայաստանի սահմանամերձ շրջաններում, 44 օրվա ընթացքում կատարվածի օրգանական շարունակությունն է: «Ադրբեջանը փորձում է միակողմանիորեն գրավել տարածքը` հաշվի չառնելով հայկական կողմին որպեսզի` բանակցությունների ընթացքում ամուր դիրքեր ունենալու համար: Իրավիճակը բաց է թողնվել, իրադարձությունները շատ արագ են զարգանում, և Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը չի կարող ադեկվատ որոշումներ կայացնել: Անհրաժեշտ է զգուշորեն կազմակերպել սահմանների սահմանազատումը, որոնց խնդիրները կապված են ԽՍՀՄ ժամանակների ժառանգության հետ: Այս խնդրին է նվիրված նաև ՌԴ ԱԴԾ-ի տնօրենի այցը Երևան, ով այնուհետև կմեկնի Բաքու»,- ասել է նա:

Կատենոկը շեշտել է, որ անկազմակերպության խնդիրները, որոնք էլ պարտության պատճառ դարձան, նկատվում են նույնիսկ հիմա, երբ ինչ-որ գյուղերում ինքնավար ստորաբաժանումներ կան` առանց կապի, առանց փոխազդեցության: «Ղարաբաղի Պաշտպանության բանակը գոյություն ունի և լուծարված չէ: Բայց ինչո՞ւ է այդպես լինում: Ինչ վերաբերում է բանտարկյալների խնդրին, ապա այն լուծման փուլում է, սակայն ադրբեջանական կողմի վերաբերմունքը նրանց, այդ թվում` խաղաղ բնակչությանը, ակնհայտ բարբարոսություն է»,- եզրափակել է ռուս լրագրողը:
